China is still a large agricultural country.Agricultural irrigation water accounts for about80% of China's total water resources,and 90-95% of its agricultural water is mainly used for farmland irrigation,and China's land fertilizer use is the world's number one.The amount of fertilizer used in hectares is four times that of the world average.The traditional method of extensive fertigation has caused the problem of low efficiency of water resources and fertilizer utilization,and this problem will bring environmental pollution,waste of resources and affect the quality and safety of agricultural products.A series of problems have largely restricted the sustainable development of agriculture,so increasing the use of water and fertilizer is the key to promoting the rapid development of modern agriculture.The integrated water and fertilizer intelligent irrigation system combining water and fertilizer integration technology and Internet of Things technology can effectively improve the utilization rate of water and fertilizer,and realize the precise fertilization and irrigation of farmland without leaving the household.In this paper,water and fertilizer integrated irrigation control is taken as the research object,and the Internet of Things technology is integrated into the integrated irrigation system of water and fertilizer,and a new intelligent irrigation system of water and fertilizer is designed.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects:(1)Based on the Internet of Things technology,the overall framework of the integrated water and fertilizer irrigation system is designed,and the hardware of the control part of the system is designed.Select the equipment required for the entire system,such as controllers,sensors,etc.Design the software of the control part of the system,such as wireless sensor network software,water and fertilizer machine control part software,automatic fertilization irrigation program,automatic intelligent fertilizer distribution program,and design remote monitoring software with Kingview software,and carry out the system Simulation,function can meet user needs.(2)A model of water and fertilizer conductivity adjustment process and a model of water and fertilizer pH adjustment process were established for the conductivity and pH of the controlled water and fertilizer.The regulation process of water and fertilizer conductivity has nonlinearity,time-varying and time-delay.Coupled with some uncertain factors,such as theabsorption capacity of venturi fertilizers,irrigation methods,etc.,traditional control methods are difficult to obtain ideal.Control effect.The regulation process model of water and fertilizer pH reflects the characteristics of nonlinearity,time-varying,time-delay and uncertainty in the process.(3)Aiming at the characteristics of non-linearity,time-varying and time-delay of EC and pH values of water and fertilizer machine,the fuzzy control system for adjusting EC value and pH value of water and fertilizer was designed respectively,and the system and traditional PID were used with Matlab software.The control system was compared and simulated.The step response tracking simulation and anti-interference simulation test were carried out.The results show that the two fuzzy control systems can meet the control requirements of EC value and pH adjustment in the precision irrigation fertilization process,and the system has smaller overshoot and settling time,as well as stronger anti-interference ability.At the moment of implementing the rural revitalization strategy in China,research on the integrated irrigation system of water and fertilizer based on the Internet of Things for the agricultural production environment will help improve the intelligence of agricultural irrigation equipment,improve the efficiency of agricultural production and the quality and safety of agricultural products.To lay a solid foundation for the realization of agricultural modernization.
