Breeding of phosphorus-efficient oat varieties has an important role and significance for the effective absorption of phosphorus in soil by oats.To explore the differences in biomass and phosphorus nutrient response characteristics of different phosphorus-efficient oat varieties under different phosphorus treatments and phosphorus efficiency. The difference of root protein between oat varieties under low phosphorus stress. In this paper, different phosphorus efficiency oat varieties V7,Yanke No.l,MARION and buckwheat 4400 were selected. The hydroponic test method was used to carry out phosphorus nutrition of oat seedlings with different phosphorus levels.Differential and proteomicstudies of roots in phosphorus efficient varieties. The main results were as follows:(1)The roots, shoots, whole plant biomass and root-shoot ratio of phosphorus-efficient oat varieties V7 and Yanke 1 under LP treatment were significantly higher than those of phosphorus inefficient oat varieties MARION and Youmai 4400.The roots, shoots, whole plant biomass and root-shoot ratio of phosphorus inefficient varieties MARION and Youmai 4400 were significantly lower than those of HP treatment, while the phosphorus efficient varieties 'V7' and Yanke 1 had no significant difference between LP and HP.(2)The phosphorus concentration in roots, shoots and whole plants of phosphorus-efficient oat varieties V7 and Yanke 1 was significantly higher than that of phosphorus inefficient varieties MARION and Youmai 4400.The phosphorus concentrations in roots, shoots and whole plants of two phosphorus inefficient varieties were significantly lower than those of HP.(3)The phosphorus uptake efficiency of roots and plants of phosphorus-efficient oat varieties 'V7' and Yanke 1 under LP treatment was significantly higher than that of oat phosphorus inefficient varieties MARION and Youmai 4400,and the phosphorls uptake rate of phosphorus uptake efficiency in MARION and Youmai 4400 roots and whole plants of P-efficient low-efficiency oat varieties under LP treatment was significantly lower than that of HP treatment, which decreased by 64.5%and 47.9%,respectively.It indicates that the phosphorus efficient oat varieties were more adaptable to the low phosphorus environment.(4)The roots of the high-efficiency variety Yanke 1 under LP treatment showed 72 differential protein spots compared with HP treatment.Among them,40 differential protein expression levels were significantly up-regulated and 32 differential protein expression levels were significantly down-regulated.(5)The root differential proteins of Yanke 1 under the LP treatment could be divided into 16 differential proteins involved in biosynthesis,9 proteins involved in ion transport, and 14 proteins involved in metabolism, according to their main life activities in plants.5 proteins involved in stress response, unknown protein 11,16 other proteins;.
