Broussonetia papeyrifera is a mulberry plant that can produce rice paper and high-grade paper.It is also a good natural raw material for animal husbandry.It has a high medicinal value,can cure a variety of diseases,and can improve the ecological environment.The potential economic benefits of them are huge.However,under the traditional breeding method,the survival rate of the Broussonetia papeyrifera is low and the growth cycle is long,which can not meet the large demand of the society.Therefore,tissue culture and rapid propagation of Broussonetia papeyrifera can shorten the breeding cycle,solve the problem of shortage of papermaking materials and soil salinization effectively in China,and provide seedlings for many industries such as papermaking,medicine and animal husbandry in China.The test studied the effects of different combinations of 6-BA,NAA,TDZ,IBA,CPPU concentration on start culture,primary culture,subculture,rooting culture and three anti-browning agents on the browning of Broussonetia papeyrifera.Established the regeneration system of Broussonetia papeyrifera.The results shows:1.Start cultureMS+6-BA1.0mg·L-1+IBA0.1mg·L-1 was the most appropriate medium of Broussonetia papeyrifera's start culture.the induction rate was 90.00%,the plant height was 2.11cm,and the proliferation multiple was 2.57.2.Primary cultureMS+6-BA1.0mg·L-1+IBA0.2mg·*L-1 was the most appropriate medium of Broussonetia papeyrifera's primary culture.the induction rate was 96.67%,the plant height was 2.65cm,and the proliferation multiple was 3.33.3.Anti-browning researchThe results of browning resistance of Broussonetia papeyrifera showed that the most suitable anti-browning agent for Broussonetia papeyrifera growth was 0.1g·L-1 ascorbic acid(VC),the browning rate was 86.67%,and the browning degree was 2.43.4.SubcultureMS+IBA0.1mg·L-1+CPPU1.0mg·L-1+VC0.1g·L-1 was the most appropriate medium of Broussonetia papeyrifera's Subculture.the induction rate was 100.00%,the plant height was 3.11cm,and the proliferation multiple was 4.33.5.Rooting culture1/2MS+NAA0.1 mg·L-1 was the most appropriate medium of Broussonetia papeyrifera's rooting culture,the rooting rate was 70.00%,the average number rooting was 2.2,and the average root length was 4.42 cm.
