In view of the widespread use of environmentally friendly enzymes in organic farm vegetables,but the systematic study on the application formula and concentration of vegetable enzymes,it has greatly limited the status quo of vegetable enzymes to prevent disease and promote long-term benefits.This study uses tomato,eggplant and pepper as basic materials.The following seven different formulations:(A)brown sugar:tomato:water= 1:3:10;(B)brown sugar:eggplant:water = 1:3:10;(C)brown sugar:pepper:water = 1:3:10(D)Brown sugar:(tomato + eggplant):water= 1:3:10;(E)brown sugar:(tomato + pepper):water=1:3:10;(F)brown sugar:(eggplant + pepper):Water = 1:3:10;(G)Brown sugar:(tomato +eggplant + pepper):water = 1:3:10,the physical and chemical properties of the enzyme fermentation process of the above formula were measured,and distilled water was used as a control(CK).Diluted the different formulas of the solanaceous vegetable enzymes into 100x,500x,1000x,2000x,3000x,and studied the different growth formulas of different solanaceous vegetable enzymes on the growth of watermelon seedlings,resistance to Fusarium wilt and the seedlings of watermelon under the stress of wilt Growth conditions,the use of solanes and vegetable enzymes to prevent watermelon from drying The disease is a theoretical reference for promoting the growth of watermelon seedlings and cultivating strong seedlings.The main results are as follows:(1)The fermentation speed of the enzymes in formula A,B,C,E and G was relatively fast,which may be because there were more macromolecular organic substrates produced in the formula,the hydrolysis reaction was accelerated,fatty acids content produced increased,thus accelerating the fermentation's speed.The EC values of A and B tended to be stable after 6 days,and the rest tend to be stable after 30 days,which indicatied these two formulations might had been completely fermented after 6 days.Enzyme in the soluble sugar content in the 120th day was highest,content of soluble protein and amino acid fermentation early was higher,that is to say,the fermentation speed of enzymes with different formulations was different,and the contents and activities of nutrients and antioxidant enzymes were different in different time periods,which indicated that enzymes had different effects in different time periods.(2)The study on the growth and development of watermelon seedlings with different concentration of enzymes showed that the growth of watermelon seedlings in three periods was better than the control.The comprehensive plant height,stem diameter,root-shoot ratio,total root length,root surface area,chlorophyll content and leaf surface area showed that formula A diluted 1000x,formula B diluted 500X and formula C diluted.Dilution 2000x,formula D 500x,formula E 2000x,formula F 500x,formula G 500X were the optimum proportion for each formula,and the enzyme diluted 1000x with formula A were the best for growth and development for watermelon seedlings(3)In this experiment,by inoculating Fusarium oxysporum on watermelon seedlings treated with enzymes for 4 weeks,we can concluded that the incidence of watermelon seedlings treated with enzymes was significantly lower than that of control(non-enzymatic plants),indicating that enzymes can improve the disease resistance of watermelon seedlings All formulation treatments had certain disease prevention effect,among formula A diluted 1000x had the best disease prevention effect and can reach the level of moderate resistance The disease prevention effect is 51.7%.(4)Under the stress of watermelon fusarium wilt,the biomass growth rate of watermelon seedlings with 7 formulations was significantly different,and significantly higher than that of control plants.After blight inoculation,formula A was diluted 1000x,formula B was diluted 500x,formula C was diluted 2000x.formula D was diluted 500x,formula E was diluted 2000x,formula F was diluted 500x.and formula G was diluted 500x.Compared with the control,the plant height,stem diameter,root length,root surface area and chlorophyll growth rate were significantly increased,and the effect of promoting watermelon seedlings was significant.To sum up,formula A was the best formula and concentration for the use of 1000x dilution,which was suitable for the use of the formula for the production of ferment of fruit vegetables.
