The utilization rate of phosphate fertilizer in China is only 10%lower.The phosphorus which is applied to the soil is easily absorbed by soil particles or chemically reacted with iron,aluminum ions or calcium ions in the soil to form phosphate precipitates and fixed in the soil.Therefore,improving the utilization rate of phosphate fertilizer is an urgent need to solve technical problems.Amino acid synergistic fertilizer plays an important role in promoting crop yield increase and reducing chemical fertilizer application.At present,there are exploratory studies on amino acid to improve the utilization rate of phosphate fertilizer,but the effect of amino acid on soil enzyme activity and phosphorus form transformation and its synergy The mechanism of action is still unclear.In this study,the synergistic effect of amino acids on phosphate fertilizer was used,and amino acids were added to the diammonium phosphate water-soluble phosphate fertilizer to prepare different amounts of amino acid phosphate fertilizer.The indoor culture experiment was conducted to study the effect of amino acid addition amount of diammonium phosphate on the transformation of phosphate fertilizer in soil,which provided a theoretical basis for the comprehensive promotion of amino acid synergistic phosphate fertilizer.Below are key research findings:(1)Amino acid synergist can increase the content of available phosphorus in soil.The content of available phosphorus in the amino acid phosphate fertilizer group was 6%-42.58%higher than that in the phosphate fertilizer group alone.Adding amino acid could reduce the fixation of soil phosphorus and improve the utilization rate of phosphorus fertilizer.The reasons for the increase of available phosphorus content in soil were as follows:first,adding amino acid synergist could reduce soil pH value and improve the effectiveness of phosphorus fertilizer;secondly,adding amino acid synergist could improve the effectiveness of Al in soil.-The content of P and Fe-P decreased the content of Ca-P in soil and promoted the transformation of Ca-P to Al-P and Fe-P in soil.Adding amino acid phosphate fertilizer again could increase the activity of phosphodiesterase and alkaline phosphatase in soil and decrease the activity of acid phosphatase in soil.Increasing the content of acid phospholipase is helpful to improve the availability of phosphorus in soil.(2)The yellow cinnamon soil has a certain fertilizer-preserving effect on phosphorus fertilizer because of its strong soil cohesion,and the application of amino acids in soil can improve the availability of phosphorus in soil;the lower pH value in red soil can release Fe and Al ions into soil,and the increase of soluble Fe and Al content in soil is one of the reasons for the increase of available phosphorus content,and because red soil has high organic matter,the addition of amino acid synergist can also increase the speed of available phosphorus content.The content of available phosphorus in grey desert soil is significantly higher than that in other three soils.Because of the high organic matter,the addition of amino acid synergist can promote the decomposition of organic matter into organic acids.Combined with calcium and iron ions in soil,the content of available phosphorus in grey desert soil is significantly increased by 12.55%?42.58%.The content of calcium in fluvo-aquic soil is higher,and amino acid synergist is easy to be microgenerated when applied to soil.The hydrolysis of phosphorus resulted in the decrease of phosphorus availability in the later stage.Amino acid synergist can improve the availability of soil phosphorus.The synergistic effect of applying amino acid synergist phosphorus fertilizer in yellow cinnamon soil,red soil and grey desert soil is better than that in Chao soil.Amino acid synergist is worthy of affirmation in improving the utilization ratio of phosphorus.Further promotion of amino acid synergistic phosphorus fertilizer has far-reaching significance for future agricultural development.
