April 2017-July.2018,at the Shanghai Zoo,in the Shanghai Zoo seven young captive Golden Snub-nosed Monkeys(Rhinopithecus roxellanae)as the research object, conducted community enrichment capacity, sensory enrichment and environmental enrichment experiment, behavior observation for 1 person use visual record method, sampling method to the target animal sampling method, method for the instantaneous scanning recording behavior record, record every 2 min 1 Golden Snub-nosed Monkeys behavior and the behavior of space position. The daily observation time was 9:00-11:30 and 13:30-16:00,accumulated for 5 hours, and the effective observation days of the three enrichment experiments were 45 days in total. The effects of various abundance and accommodation modes on the behavior of juvenile sichuan golden monkeys were analyzed. The obtained data were processed, analyzed and compared, and the following results were obtained:1.After the removal of individuals from social enrichment, the feeding behavior of experimental subjects increased to varying degrees, and the removal of individuals reduced the opportunities for social interaction. Therefore, the intimate behaviors displayed through social behaviors(including grooming, hugging, sitting and playing)decreased accordingly.Individuals spend less time on social behaviors,so their resting behaviors increase and their stereotyped behaviors increase significantly.Animals in the cage movement behavior is also relatively reduced, showing a lack of energy. After the addition of individuals in the social enrichment group, the subjects had more opportunities for social interaction,so the rest behavior decreased significantly(P<0.05)and the intimacy behavior increased, among which the frequency of mutual grooming and game behavior increased significantly(P<0.05).and the stereotyped behavior decreased.2.Golden Snub-nosed Monkeys sensory enrichment capacity experiment confirmed the youth have a preference for green space,Golden Snub-nosed Monkeys is preference for green youth. In the two same cages, the proportion of individuals' behaviors in the green cage increased significantly after one cage(no.2 cage)was painted green(Goodness of fit test x2=647.095,df=1,P=0.000).When both cages were painted green, the proportion of individuals' behaviors in no.2 cage decreased.Meanwhile, after the cage brush was green, the rest behavior of the experimental group decreased from 1 7.3%(SD=5.2)to 12.2%(SD=3.4).Stereotyped behaviors decreased from 2.6%(SD=1.2)to 1.2%(SD=1.1).There was no significant change in other behaviors. In the control group, the rest behavior and stereotypical behavior were slightly reduced in the experimental stage, but there was no significant change(P=0.118,P=0.217).There was no significant change in other behaviors.3.Environmental enrichment as the zoo,let One of the most common way of abundant capacity, environment capacity allocation for young sichuan golden monkey behavior has influence,to the three stages of experimental behavior occurrence frequency of single factor analysis of variance(One-way ANOVA)the results showed that the individual experiment in the new bionic cages(second period)and in the traditional old cages(the first, three period),compared to four individual rest behavior, stereotyped behavior occurrence frequency have significant difference, were significantly decreased(P<0.05);The frequency of feeding behavior increased significantly(P<0.05).In addition, the frequency of exploratory behavior of four experimental individuals was close to 0 in the traditional old cage, while 5.5 in the new cage(SD=2.21,P=0.000),and the difference was highly statistically significant. The analysis of the results showed that the three enrichment experiments had significant effects on the behavior distribution of juvenile snub-nosed monkeys, which effectively reduced the rest behavior and rigid behavior of juvenile snub-nosed monkeys, and effectively improved the welfare level of juvenile snub-nosed monkeys in captivity. In addition, the social enrichment experiment had a more significant effect on the intimacy behavior of juvenile snub-nosed monkeys than the other two species. The environment enrichment increased the movement and feeding behavior of individuals.
