Forest fire is an important ecological factor that can change the composition and distribution of natural ecosystems.Forest fire combustion products can be used as exogenous stimuli to break seed dormancy or induce internal hormone changes to accelerate or increase seed germination.Seed germination is a plant reproduction.The important link is even more so for one or two year old herbaceous plants.The land in Great Hing‘an mountain is barren and the precipitation is low.The reason for choosing these ten herbaceous plants is that some of them have strong adaptability.belong to cold-tolerant plants and are easy to become the dominant species in Great Hing 'an mountain.some of them have high artistic and ornamental value and some of them are important raw materials of Chinese medicinal materials.It is necessary to study the effect forest fire combustion products which smoke and fire ash on seed germination.Two kinds of single factor treatments and two-factor interaction treatments were used for single smoking and single fire ash(the smoking time was 10?20?30min,and the dosage of fire ash was 1.0?1.5?2.0g).The results showed that:(1)the highest seed germination rate of Atractylodes Lancea seeds in large doses of fire ash(A3)was 96.67%;the average seed germination rate of smoke and fire ash interaction(S1A2)was 23.70%;The highest seed germination rate index is 4.75.(2)The average seed germination rate of Amaranthus tricolor seeds in moderate smoke(S2)was 9.35%;the highest seed germination rate index of smoke and fire ash interaction(S2A1)was 6.57(3)Platycodon grandiflorus in moderate smoke The best seed germination rate was 97.78%at(S2);the average seed germination rate was 22.83%.(4)Alliun wallichii was the most obvious in the interaction between smoke and fire ash(S2A3),and the seed germination rate was 94.44%;The average seed germination rate was 15.74%;the seed germination rate index was 1.51.(5)Epilobium angustifolium had the best effect on low-degree smoking(SI),the seed germination rate was 95.56%;the highest seed germination rate index was 4.67 in high-smoke(S3);the highest average germination rate in interaction(S3A1)was 12.86%.(6)The most obvious germination rate of Astragalus membranaceus in medium smoke(S2)was 98.89%;the highest average seed germination rate in high dose fire ash(A3)was 16.22%;in small dose fire ash(A1)The highest seed germination rate index was 3.67.(7)The Trifolium lupinaster performs best in large doses of fire ash(A3).The seed germination rate was 98.89%;the highest average seed germination rate was 14.35%.(8)The interaction Plantago asiatica(S3A2)is the best,the seed germination rate is 93.33%;the performance of the moderate smoke(S2)is the most obvious,and the average seed germination rate of the wildfire ball is 17.18%.(9)The best seed germination rate effect of Angelica dahurica in short-term smoking(SI)was 55.56%,and the average seed germination rate of seed in medium-dose fire ash treatment(A2)was 6.59%,and seed germination rate index during cross-treatment(S1A1)is up to 1.33.(10)The best seed germination rate of Belamcanda chinensis at low time(S1)is 62.22%;the most significant average seed germination rate at low doses of fire ash(A1)is 5.31%.The results show that the two single factors of smoking and fire ash can promote the seed germination of Atractylodes Lancea?Astragalus membranaceus?Trifolium lupinaster.But there is not necessarily a positive correlation between the action time and the applied dose and the germination quality.In addition,the smoke and fire ash will also inhibit the seed germination of Platycodon grandiflorus?Allium wallichii;In the interaction of smoke and fire ash,for different plants,seed germination has certain regularity and relative difference.In Atractylodes Lancea?Astragalus membranaceus?Trifolium lupinaster?Epilobium angustifolium?Plantago asiatica?Allium wallichii?Belamcanda chinensis with interaction,smoke is the most effective way to promote seed germination,followed by fire ash;and in Amaranthus tricolor?Platycodon grandiflorus,Angelica dahurica without interaction,both smoke and fire ash may be the dominant factors affecting seed germination.Active research in this area can provide some data support for vegetation restoration and protection after forest fire,vegetation optimization selection and maintain the Dynamic Balance of Ecosystem.
