| Lycium barbarum industry is a characteristic superior industry in Ningxia.The planting area of Lycium barbarum in this area has reached about 1 million mu.At present,there are no special plant protection machinery for wolfberry plant protection operation.The general plant protection machinery is widely used.The spray water spraying method with large amount of fog and the windy wind in Ningxia area cause serious problems such as serious drift,wolfberry spray quality and low efficiency.In view of the above problems,a special plant protection machine for Lycium barbarum was designed to improve the competitiveness of Lycium barbarum industry in Ningxia.Through the investigation and analysis of the planting mode and agronomic requirements of Lycium barbarum,the functional requirements of plant protection machine were determined,and then the overall design scheme was determined.The windbreak type Lycium barbarum plant protection machine is mainly composed of a frame,a windbreak folding mechanism,a lifting telescopic mechanism,a spray system,a wind conveying system,a hydraulic system and a transmission system.The plant protection machine is connected by traction mode,and operates two rows at the same time.The windbreak and wind supply air curtain are adopted to prevent droplet drift;the spray head adopts three-dimensional profiling arrangement to improve the spray quality;the intelligent spray control system is adopted to achieve the matching of the spray volume and the vehicle speed;the lifting and telescopic mechanism is used to improve the adaptability of the machine;the large capacity medicine box is adopted to improve the efficiency of the operation.By referring to the planting mode and plant size of wolfberry,the design of the rack and adjustment mechanism was completed.Through calculation,the key parts of spray,wind,hydraulic and transmission system were selected;the structural design and assembly of the whole machine were completed by SOLIDWORKS;stress analysis of the frame was carried out by SolidWorks finite element analysis plug-in,ensuring the reliability of the plant protection machine.Through the drift test,the influence rule of natural wind on droplet drift was mastered,and the optimum auxiliary wind speed was determined to be 20 m/s.The simulation of air distribution flow field was carried out by using fluent software,and the rationality of the design of air distribution system was verified.According to the research conclusion,the prototype was manufactured and the performance test of the prototype was carried out.The results show that the droplet deposition increases by 34.4%,the coefficient of variation decreases by 35.3%and the effect is obvious under the condition of air supply compared with that without air supply;the adherence rate of foliar medicinal liquid is 62.5%,the adherence rate of foliar medicinal liquid is 47.5%,and the coverage rate is not less than 33%which is higher than the requirement of industry standard;the average diameter of droplet decreases by 23.4%when air supply compared with that without air supply,and the effect of secondary atomization is remarkable;In the drift contrast test,the attachment rate of leaf surface and back was higher than that of the control model,and the anti-drift effect was good. |
