Agricultural machine and equipment is the important material basis for the development of modern agriculture,and it is one of the ten fields of “Made in China 2025”.In order to meet the variety and individual demands of the market,the mode of multi-varieties and small-batch mixed assembly has become the main production mode in agricultural machinery enterprises.Material distribution is the most important part for agricultural machinery manufacture,and it is the key point to efficiency and cost in production.Due to the high complexity of material distribution and difficulty in planning of distribution in mixed-assembly of agricultural machinery and equipment,some agricultural machinery manufactures result in high inventory and lack of material.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the lean distribution strategy for mixed-assembly workshop to promoting the core competitive capacity for agricultural machinery enterprises.Aimed at a agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprise,the production characteristics and distribution mode of the mixed flow workshop of agricultural machinery equipment were analyzed under the guidance of lean thinking,and the distribution strategy of lean materials adapted to the mixed flow production was studied in depth.The total distribution distance and distribution cost was taken as the optimization target,the load constraint of distribution vehicles was considered and the time window of station demand,the optimization model of vehicle routing problems with time windows was established.Moreover,a model of solving method based on improved ant colony algorithm was proposed to optimize the distribution path of the mixed flow workshop.Distribution cost and wire-side inventory cost was taken as optimization objectives,constraints such as timing,inventory was considered and optimization theory and simulation calculation was applied,the standard optimization model of delivery period for special parts and general parts was established respectively.The model determined the dynamic period standard corresponding to the production beat,and realized the lean distribution strategy of multi-frequency and small-batch.Agricultural machinery equipment mixed flow assembly workshop was taken as an example,the effectiveness of lean distribution strategy,ant colony algorithm and standard model was verified.It realized the distribution path optimization which adapted to the mixed flow production and determined the distribution schedule standard which adapted to the production dynamics.The research results show that the established distribution path optimization strategy based on VRPTW problem,ant colony algorithm,and the distribution period optimization model have certain guiding role in implementing lean distribution and reducing production shutdown and distribution cost for agricultural machinery and equipment enterprises.
