This thesis is based on Pampus argenteus.Firstly, the effects of antarctic krill meal on growth performance,non-specific immunity and antioxidant function of juvenile Pampus argenteus were studied.Juvenile Pampus argenteus with initial body weight of12.93±0.48 g were selected for testing.Four diets were formulated with graded levels of(0% control group,10%,20%,40%).The experiment was terminated after 60 days. The results showed that the weight gain rate and specific growth rate in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while,there was no significant difference in the weight gain rate and specific growth rate between the experimental groups(P>0.05).In serum, the alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase and lysozyme activities in the 20% replacement group were higher than those in the other groups, however, acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase activity in the 40%replacement group was significantly lower than in the other groups(P<0.05).The activity of lysozyme also has a downward trend, but the difference is not significant(P>0.05).In muscle, the activity of superoxide dismutase in the 40% replacement group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the 20%replacement group is also higher than the control group, but the difference is not significant(P>0.05).The activity of catalase in serum, kidney and muscle of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The activity of serum, kidney and muscle catalase in 40% of the replacement group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Under the experimental conditions, the appropriate amount of antarctic krill powder instead of feed fish powder can improve the growth performance,non-specific immunity and antioxidant capacity of juvenile Pampus argenteus. On this basis, the effects of antarctic krill meal on the metabolism and IgM content of juvenile Pampus argenteus were further explored. The results showed that the activities of aspartate aminotransferase(GOT)and alanine aminotransferase(GPT)20%and 40% replacement groups in the liver were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Protein concentration in muscle in 10% and 20% replacement groups were higher than that of the control group. The lipoprotein lipase(LPL)and fatty acid synthase(FAS)activities in 10% and 20% replacement groups higher than the control group in the kidney and serum, however, the LPL activity of 40% replacement group in the liver was lower than that in the control group, and the FAS activity of 40%replacement group in serum was significantly lower than that in the 20% replacement group(P < 0.05).The content of lactic acid(LD)in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the serum, kidney and muscle of glucose(GLU)content between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).The content of immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the liver in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and this in the serum and kidney were higher than the control group.10% of Antarctic krill can promote the metabolism of the body by changing the activity of protein and lipid-related metabolic enzymes, and it can improve the immunity of Pampus argenteus juveniles to some extent. Finally, the Pampus argenteus broodstock is the research object,Pampus argenteus broodstock with initial body weight of 131.88±4.25 g were selected for testing.Four diets were formulated with graded levels of(0%,10%,20%,40%).The experiment was terminated after 60 days. The results showed that the replacement of fish meal by Antarctic krill meal had no significant effect on the weight, weight gain, gonadal mass, gonadal index and survival rate of Pampus argenteus(P > 0.05).The content of vitellogenin(Vg)in the 10% replacement group was significantly higher than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference in the liver Vg content between the 10%,20% and 30% replacement groupsThe gonad Vg content was highest in the20% replacement group and significantly higher than the other groups..There was no significant difference in the total amount of essential amino acids and amino acids in the muscle of the Pampus argenteus broodstock(P > 0.05).However,compared with the control group, the content of glutamate(Glu)in the experimental group decreased significantly(P < 0.05).The contents of essential amino acids, isoleucine(Ile)and phenylalanine(Phe),were significantly increased(P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in saturated fatty acids(SAF),monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFA),polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA),highly unsaturated fatty acids(HUFA)and n-3HUFA between the Pampus argenteus broodstock groups(P > 0.05).So the replacement of fish meal by Antarctic krill meal has no significant effect on the growth performance of Pampus argenteus broodstock. However, from the perspective of gonad and liver Vg content,Antarctic krill powder can promote the gonadal development of Pampus argenteus to some extent.According to the comprehensive analysis, under the experimental conditions, combined with the analysis of growth performance, metabolism and immunity of Pampus argenteus, the suitable ratio of fish meal in antarctic krill meal replacement feed is recommended to be controlled at 10%~20%.
