Strawberries are light-loving plants.Light has a great influence on the growth and fruit quality of strawberry.Light quality is an important factor affecting the growth and quality of strawberry.In order to explore the light-supplemental measures of strawberry under low light conditions in winter,We used the strawberry variety ‘Fragaria×ananassa cv.Benihoppe'which is widely cultivated in southern China.Determination of photosynthetic characteristics of strawberry leaf,chlorophyll,SOD,POD,CAT activity and MDA content,plasma membrane relative permeability,and the fruit color,soluble sugar,titratable acid,ascorbic acid,soluble protein,total phenol contents,flavonoids,cyanine,different light environment clear strawberry leaf photosynthesis,antioxidant enzyme activity.To determine the effects of different light quality on photosynthesis,antioxidant enzyme activity and fruit quality of strawberry.To pick out what kind of light quality is the best to strawberry.The results showed that the when the ratio of blue light and white light intensity was 1:1 and 1:3,the net photosynthetic rate of strawberry was higher.Blue light was beneficial to the improvement of CAT activity in strawberry leaves,and the supplement of blue light on the basis of white light was beneficial to the enhancement of antioxidant activity in strawberry leaves.When the ratio of blue and white light intensity is 1:1 and 1:3,it is most favorable for strawberry fruit coloring.Adding blue light on the basis of white light can increase the content of titratable acid and ascorbic acid in strawberry fruits,and contribute to the synthesis and accumulation of antioxidant substances in strawberry fruits.With the increase of the proportion of blue light,the content of antioxidant substances also increases,but the soluble sugar content is lower.The content of soluble sugar in strawberry fruit was increased by adding red light to white light,but the content of ascorbic acid and titrable acid was lower.The soluble protein content whatever in blue or red light was significantly higher than the control group.It was found that the light conditions with the ratio of blue light to white light intensity of 1:3 and the ratio of blue-red light intensity to white light intensity of 1:1:2 were the most suitable light conditions for the turning stage of strawberry fruits.
