In recent years,the rapid development of cucumber planting area in China,the unique cultivation and growth environment in the greenhouse,and the suitable microclimate characteristics of temperature and humidity have led to frequent occurrence of cucumber leaf spot disease,and in the middle and late stages of cucumber plants,the damage is more serious,often causing large The output is reduced.In order to control the disaster reduction,the vegetable farmers have to spray a large amount of chemical fungicides,which not only increases the humidity of the greenhouse,but also is not conducive to disease control.Chemical pesticide micropowder can effectively solve the above problems.Therefore,this paper takes the diethofencarb and Pythium as the research object.Through the research on the optimal formula of micropowder,the influence factors of sedimentation distribution of micropowder,the dynamics of residual digestion and the utilization rate,the chemical pesticide micropowder for facility cucumber has been successfully developed.Main results:1.The optimum formulation of 10% diethofencarb·procymidone micropowder was determined.When the mass ratio of diethofencarb to procymidone was 1:1,the virulence synergistic effect of P.sphaeroides HG09112606,FQ07091401 and HG11011509 was observed,and the synergistic coefficients were 3.19,2.53,1.68,respectively.10% of diethofencarb·procymidone as active ingredients,3% of sodium naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate NNO as dispersant,3% of sodium lauryl sulfate K12 as surfactant,1% of poly The oxyethylene alkyl ether is a stabilizer,15% white carbon black and 10% diatomaceous earth supplemented to 100% as a carrier,and the 10% diethofencarb·pyruthenium micropowder has a particle size of 6.18 um and a dispersion index of 95.18%.The planktonic index is 86.26,the water content is 1.24%,the slope angle is 67°,and the heat storage decomposition rate is 4.12%.The test results are in line with the standard.2.The factors affecting the sedimentation distribution of 10% diethofencarb·procymidone micropowder and the residual digestion dynamics were determined.Under different facilities and different temperature conditions,there is no significant difference in the sedimentation distribution of 10% diethofencarb·procymidone micropowder,and the decomposition rate of active ingredients is not limited by temperature;under different humidity conditions,there is a significant difference in the sedimentation distribution of 10% diethofencarb·procymidone micropowder.The greater the humidity,the more the deposition of micropowder particles on the leaves of the plant;in the early stage of growth of the cucumber plant,the powder spray pipe and the ground are sprayed at a angle of 0° 10% diethofencarb·procymidone micropowder,the maximum amount of plant deposition;in the middle and late growth stage of cucumber plants,the spray pipe and the ground at a 45° angle spray 10% diethofencarb·procymidone micropowder,the largest amount of plant deposition.Through the determination of the digestion dynamics of 10% diethofencarb·procymidone micropowder,it is concluded that the halflife of the powder spray of the micropowder is higher than the halflife of the spray of the WP,and it is speculated that the duration of the disease can be prolonged.The PC-3A laser dust meter was used to detect the fine powder particles around the applicator,and it was found that the powder application methodn't pose any harm to the applicator.3.The utilization rate of 10% diethofencarb·procymidone micropowder in different growth stages of plants was determined.In the seedling stage,the vine season,and the result period of the cucumber plant,10% diethofencarb·procymidone micropowder was significantly higher than the sprayed pesticide utilization rate.The gas-mass spectrometer was used to determine the generalized pesticide utilization rate of 10% diethofencarb·procymidone micropowder powder by 56.78%.The generalized pesticide utilization rate of the 10% diethofencarb·procymidone micropowder spray was 46.75%.Among the same dosages,the control effect of 10% diethofencarb·procymidone micropowder on cucumber leaf spot disease was significantly higher than that of spray on cucumber leaf spot disease.The results show that 10% diethofencarb·procymidone micropowder has the characteristics of small application rate and high control effect.In this thesis,a systematic study on micropowder was carried out,and a special micropowder for cucumber leaf spot disease was developed.Compared with the previous powder and dust,the agent has better control effect.Moreover,the safety,the influencing factors,the residual amount of the drug,the digestion dynamics and the utilization rate of the drug are important for the introduction of the micropowder into the market.
