The albino wheat mutant M6 in this experiment is a leaf color mutation type controlled by recessive gene selected from the cultivated line CN19.In this experiment, the morphological and agronomic characters of mutant M6 and cultivated line CN19 were compared, and the photosynthetic pigment content and SOD,POD,CAT enzyme activity of mutant M6 and cultivated line CN19 were compared. The kinetic parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence and the content of some intermediate products of chlorophyll synthesis were determined.the main conclusions are as follows:1.The albino mutant M6 showed serious albinism at low temperature. After the trefoil stage, the growth rate of the albino mutant M6 was significantly thinner than that of CN19,which further affected its plant height and yield.2.Through physiological and biochemical determination,it was found that the content of photosynthetic pigment in albino mutant M6 decreased significantly and the activity of antioxidant enzyme increased due to the influence of albinism, and the fluorescence kinetic parameters of chlorophyll were compared. The light energy conversion rate of albino mutant M6 was significantly increased, and the energy used for photoprotection decreased.3.By comparing the contents of chlorophyll synthesis intermediates between M6 and CN19,it was determined that the blocking sites leading to the whitening of wheat mutant M6 were between uroporphyrin III and fecal porphyrin III.However, the reasons for its hindrance have not yet been determined and need to be further explored.
