Agricultural development is the country's top concern every year,and the development of agricultural science and technology is also the focus of all countries in the world.Plant factories in the field of agricultural production have always been a hot topic.Plant factories are the product of the development of modern facility agriculture.They can provide the most suitable production environment by using high and new technologies such as automation and information processing according to the different production crops.Their purpose is "to exchange the greatest profits at the lowest cost".Therefore,it attracts the attention of experts and scholars in various fields,and it is also a practical topic.The temperature and humidity environment system of plant factory is a complex multiple input and output system.There are strong coupling and non-linearity among the input variables.Therefore,how to accurately control the temperature and humidity in plant factory is a key problem.This paper studies this problem.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the plant factory environment and its control methods of Tianjin University of Technical and education are introduced.The mechanism method is used to model the environmental control quantity,and finally the plant factory temperature and humidity mathematical model is obtained.Secondly,the decoupling of temperature and humidity system is studied.Based on the established mathematical model of temperature and humidity,the decoupling method of diagonal matrix is used to study the model.According to the characteristics of our plant factory,the fuzzy decoupling controller is designed.The disturbance is added to the control process to observe the control effect of the controller.At the same time,the temperature and humidity system is simulated by using the PID controller and the fuzzy controller,and the output results of the three control methods are compared.It is found that the fuzzy decoupling control can effectively eliminate the coupling relationship between the input and improve the response speed and control quality of the system.Finally,because of the complex environment of plant factory,this paper combines the two control methods of fuzzy control and neural network,and uses the fuzzy neural network control method to control the temperature and humidity system of plant factory.The simulation results are compared with those of PID control,fuzzy control and fuzzy decoupling control.The results show that the fuzzy neural network control system designed in this paper has the characteristics of small overshoot,good stability and small error.
