Studies have shown that biochar addition has positive effects on crop yield, nitrogen uptake and utilization. Most of them focus on the research of biochar materials, application rate, nitrogen fertilizer ratio and ecological environment conditions.Different genotypes have different responses to biochar.Under the conditions of biochar application, there are few studies on nitrogen uptake and utilization and distribution of various organs on different genotypes. Therefore,in this study,10 of the varieties with different degrees of response to biochar are selected as test materials. The variety of different genotypes are used as the test material, and biochar and nitrogen were added as the treatment. The following four treatments are set up: Treatment 1: no application of biochar(C0N1),Treatment 2: low in low nitrogen fertilizer biochar(C1N1)is applied during nitrogen application,biochar(C0N2)is not applied when high nitrogen fertilizer is applied, and biochar(C1N2)is applied when treatment is applied to high nitrogen fertilizer. The biochar application rate C0 is 0 kg.hm-2,C1 is 40,000 kg·hm-2;nitrogen fertilizer application rate N1 is 112.5 kg·hm-2,and N2 is 225 kg·hm-2.After studying biochar application, nitrogen uptake by different genotype rice varieties The effects of biochar application on rice plant type related traits are analysis by using and distributing nitrogen accumulation in various organs. The results are as follows:Different genotypes have different responses to biochar addition.Biochar promotes the increase in the number of spikes in rice varieties.Under the condition of low nitrogen fertilizer N1 treatment, the number of grains per panicle in the yield traits of rice increased significantly after the application of biochar, especially the number of secondary branches and secondary branches of the upper and lower parts of the ear, significant increase in numbers.Under the condition of high nitrogen fertilizer N2 treatment, the response trend of rice per panicle number to biochar addition was opposite to that of N1 treatment. In particular, the extreme varieties Shennong 265 and Sasanishiki have a large variation in yield and its components, nitrogen uptake, and dry matter accumulation. The nitrogen content of rice cultivars at the heading stage after biochar application is mainly in rice leaf organs, while the nitrogen ratio at maturity was mainly in the ear organs of rice. When N1 is treated with low nitrogen fertilizer, the nitrogen accumulation in rice panicles is positive in response to biochar addition, and the opposite trend is observed in high nitrogen fertilizer treatment.Under the treatment of two nitrogen fertilizers, biochar addition significantly or extremely significantly increased the nitrogen harvest index, nitrogen dry matter utilization rate and nitrogen physiological utilization rate of rice. The tillering of different genotypes of rice had a positive response to biochar addition, but the plant height, chlorophyll content and leaf area index of rice had different degrees of negative response to biochar addition.Under the treatment of low nitrogen fertilizer N1,the accumulation of dry matter in the aboveground organs of rice is positively responding to the addition of biochar.Under the treatment of high nitrogen fertilizer N2,the dry matter accumulation and total dry matter accumulation in the aboveground organs of rice are opposite to those of biochar.trend.
