In an age when intelligentization and refinement has become a mainstream trend,we fully analyze the traditional aquaculture in this thesis and design a set of intelligent pig test and measurement system with PLC programmable controller and sensor technology,for meeting the demand of intelligent feeding of a company in Shenzhen.Through the system,the pigs are automatically fed,the growth data of the pigs are compared and analyzed,and the formula or the amount of feed is continuously adjusted,so as to improve production efficiency.Based on the relevant requirements of practical production,we control,calculate and transmit data with PLC and collect necessary data with sensors.The main achievements are as follows:The overall design of the system framework is completed.We design the overall system framework according to the requirements and study the characteristics of PLC programmable controller.In this thesis,the data is calculated through the relevant algorithm,on the base of PLC and the information collected by sensors.At the same time,the system automatically completes the control operation of the relevant device,according to the arithmetic results or the related setting information.The dynamic weighing quick algorithm of pigs based on the dynamic data jitter of pigs was studied and analyzed.We analyze the rules of the dynamic weight change of pigs,and summarize a comprehensive algorithm combined with the existing algorithm.The obtained weight methods,shows a significant improvement with in the error tolerance range.And the comprehensive algorithm is realized by using the ladder programming method in the PLC programmable controller in order to achieve the goal of dynamic quick weighing of pigs.The human-computer interaction software is designed and implemented.The human-computer interaction software adopts the configuration software developed on Win CE system and exchanges data with PLC through the wired connection.What's more,the functions of equipment operation monitoring,historical data analysis and manual control of the equipment are realized.The system has a good experience on human-computer interaction.Through a large number of experiments,the intelligent pig test and measurement system based on PLC,presented in this thesis,is proposed to meet the demands of the relevant companies.The design ideas and research results can be applied to the modem aquaculture.And the dynamic quick weighing algorithm of pigs designed in this thesis can also be applied to the dynamic weighing of other living animals.
