Rice is one of the important food crops and has an important leading position in China's food production and people's daily needs.Dry land rice direct seeding is a time,labor and cost saving process for eliminating the work of seedling raising,transplanting of traditional rice production.It has important promotion and application value and broad prospects in the current shortage of rural labor.However,in northern areas and Liaoning province,the emergence of rice dry land direct seeding is low when irrigation is not timely or drought.A rice fluid seeder with pump metering mechanism was designed and experiment was carried out based on investigation and analysis of fluid seeding technology,to guarantee emergence rate of rice under the condition of drought and water shortage The main content and conclusions are as follows:1)A rice fluid seeder with pump metering mechanism was designed.A pump was used as the power to meter the seeds and agitate the seed-gel mixture and to obtain a uniform seeding.The model of the seeder was set up and optimized based on Solidworks.The mechanical agitator was deleted and the structure of the machine was simplified.2)A refraction type flow distributor was designed to achieve uniform distribution of mixed liquids in each row.Through the test of three kinds of refractive plates,a suitable refractive plate is selected.3)The opening area of the regulating valve for the seeding and seeding agitation and the outlet area of the agitator were determined through theoretical analysis.By stirring,the seeds are uniformly suspended in the seed liquid containing the water retaining agent,so that the rice seeds can be uniformly transported to the flow dividing device,thereby avoiding the problem that the seed sedimentation is not uneven.4)Through the single factor experiment,the effects of seed liquid transport volume,seed liquid volume in the seed box,working speed,seed and seed liquid ratio,seed tube diameter on seeding uniformity were studied,and the optimal range of each factor was determined.5)Taking the working speed,the ratio of seed to seed liquid and the amount of seed liquid to the test variables,and using the variation coefficient of seeding as the test index,the soil fluid seeding device was tested on the soil tank.The test results showed that the seeding was carried out under the test conditions.At a working speed of 0.7 m/s,the ratio of seed to seed solution was 1:15,and the seed liquid delivery rate was 2.5 m~3/h.The seeding coefficient of variation was 18.7%.It meet the design requirements.
