In this paper,Magnolia sieboldii is taken as the research object,and the research on the container seedling cultivation technology of Magnolia sieboldii non-woven light matrix and the container seedling cultivation technology of Magnolia sieboldii is carried out.Among them,three kinds of non-woven container bags are selected in the research of the container seedling raising technology of Magnolia sieboldii non-woven light matrix.The container specifications are A1(8×12),A2(7×10)and A3(5×9),namely B1(V peat:V vermiculite:V perlite=5:3:2),B2(V peat:V vermiculite=7:3)and B3(V peat:V perlite=9:1),using completely random zone group.The experiment design consisted of 9 treatment groups: A1B1,A1B2,A1B3,A2B1,A2B2,A2B3,A3B1,A3B2 and A3B3.In the study of container seedling raising technology of Magnolia sieboldii,the specifications of hole tray(upper surface area cm~2×lower surface area cm~2×high cm)(6~2×2.5~2×11)and the ratios of three substrates are the same as B1,B2 and B3.A single factor randomized block design is used.There are three treatment groups: B1,B2 and B3.Through the above experiments,the effects of matrix and container types and container specifications on morphological index,physiological index and biomass of Magnolia sieboldii seedlings are explored,and the light matrix container seedling raising technology suitable for Magnolia sieboldii seedlings growth is found to improve seedling quality and survival rate,so as to provide scientific reference and technical guidance for production practice.The main results are as follows:1.In the study of container seedling raising technology of non-woven fabric with light substrates,the seedlings grew slowly from June to July until mid-August.Containers with the same substrate and different specifications had significant differences in seedling diameter,leaf area,leaf dry weight,leaf fresh weight,root dry weight,root fresh weight and seedling quality index;leaf dry weight,leaf fresh weight and total dry weight have significant differences;seedling emergence rate,seedling height,root index and physiological index had no significant differences.Base on morphological,biomass,physiological and economic indexes,principal component analysis(PCA)is used to select the treatment combination A1(8×12)B3(V peat: V perlite = 9:1)as the most suitable for the growth of Magnolia tenuifolia.The seedling diameter is 4.75 mm,the seedling height is 21.28 cm,the leaf area was 73.89 cm~2,the dry weight is 5.645 g,the total fresh weight is 12.892 g,and the seedling quality index is 0.912.2.In the study of container seedling raising technology of Magnolia tenuifolia,the seedlings grew slowly from June to July,until mid-August,the seedlings entered the fast-growing period.There were no significant differences in seedling root dry weight,main root length,seedling emergence rate,seedling height,ground diameter,main root diameter,first-order root diameter,stem fresh weight,leaf fresh weight,stem dry weight,leaf dry weight,total dry weight,seedling quality index,chlorophyll,soluble protein and soluble sugar content.It can be seen that the type of matrix has no significant effect on the growth of seedlings.The maximum ground diameter,seedling height,leaf area,total dry weight,fresh weight and seedling quality index are 3.49 mm,11.32 cm,42.06 cm~2,2.265 g,5.595 g and 0.596 respectively.In conclusion,the final selection of non-woven fabric container treatment A1(8×12)B3(V peat: V perlite = 9:1)cultivates the best seedlings quality,the most suitable for the growth of Magnolia tenuifolia seedlings.
