Effects Of Radix Isatidis Combined With Different Preparations Of Traditional Chinese Medicine On PRRSV Antibody And Nucleic Acid Load

Porcine Reproductive Respiratory Syndrome(PRRS)is caused by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus which can induce abortion of pregnant sows,breathing disorder and the highly contagious diseases in different age pigs.PRRSV can cause reproductive disorders such as abortion,stillbirth,mummy fetus and weak offspring of pregnant sows,while piglets have a series of respiratory symptoms such as dyspnea,wheezing and immunosuppression.The frequent outbreak of PRRS has caused enormous economic losses to the global pig industry.At present,the outbreak of PRRSV/HP-PRRS has been effectively controlled in China.In recent years,PRRSV has tended to develop sporadically,but it still exists in China’s provinces and regions.In addition,due to the wide variability and diversity of PRRSV strains,there are still great challenges for the immune control and complete control of PRRSV.The prevention of the disease mainly depends on the use of PRRSV inactivated vaccine or attenuated vaccine.Although the inactivated vaccine is safe,the immune response is not high due to incomplete humoral immune response.The antibody of PRRSV enhances the function of laziness.It may lead to persistent persistent infection of the infected pigs.Compared with the inactivated vaccine,the immune response induced by the attenuated vaccine is Longer duration and more effective,but there is a problem of dispersion,and there is a potential danger of strong return.therefore,searching for a way to enhance immune effect and to reduce or even eliminate residual toxicity in pigs is a key to prevent PRRSV infection.In this paper,Radix Isatidis granules and Banlangen Granules were combined with Astragalus polysaccharides,Banqing granules and astragalus polysaccharides as immunomodulators.Through the detection of PRRSV specific antibodies and changes of PRRSV residual toxicity in sows,we explored its purpuratory effect on PRRSV residual toxicity and its role in humoral immunity in pigs,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for Banlangen Granules as an immunomodulator.According to this,it will provide a reference for the future related research and the formulation of immune health care program for pigs.1.Effect of Radix Isatidis on regulating PRRSV antibody in immune pig serumPurpose:To study the effects of Banlangen granule,Banlangen granule,Astragaluspolysaccharide and Banqing granule combined with Astragalus polysaccharide on immune antibody of PRRSV attenuated vaccine.Methods: After immunization with PRRSV attenuated vaccine,the reserve sows were fed with Banlangen Granule,Banlangen Granule,Astragalus polysaccharide and Banqing Granule,respectively.The serum anti-PRRSV antibody level was detected 30 days after immunization.The results showed that the combination of Radix Isatidis and Radix Isatidis Granules with Astragalus polysaccharides as immunomodulators could improve the antibody level,and the effect was significantly better than that of Radix Isatidis Granules with Astragalus polysaccharides.2.Effect of Radix Isatidis on PRRSV viral nucleic acid load in pig bloodPurpose: The effect of Banlangen Granule and Banlangen Granule Combined with Astragalus Polysaccharides on PRRSV residual toxicity was preliminarily detected by detecting the changes of PRRSV virus nucleic acid load in bane root granules and isatis root granules fed with Astragalus Polysaccharides and Banqing Granules Combined with Astragalus polysaccharides.Methods: blood samples were collected at different time points after immunization,and the viral load of PRRSV in PRRSV pigs with S/P antibody value higher than 2.5 was detected by fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR.The results showed that the nucleic acid load of PRRSV showed a downward trend when Banlangen Granule and Banlangen Granule combined with Astragalus Polysaccharide Powder were used as immunomodulators.When Banqing Granule and Astragalus Polysaccharide Powder were used as immunomodulators,the nucleic acid load of PRRSV was significantly lower than that of Banlangen Granule and Banlangen Granule combined with Astragalus Polysaccharide Powder.The results showed that Banlangen Granule and Banlangen Granule combined with astragalus polysaccharide could effectively reduce the load of PRRSV nucleic acid in blood,purify PRRSV residual toxicity in sows and improve the health status of pigs.
