With the development of economy and society,people's life is generally improved.As a natural delicacy given by nature,seafood is an indispensable delicacy on the table.With the ever-changing demand of people and the ever-increasing demand of seafood market,seafood industry not only plays an important role in the national economic and social development,but also plays a very important role in the field of agricultural economy.Although seafood is favored by many consumers,there are still many problems in the seafood market.Therefore,this paper takes the residents of Jinzhou City in Liaoning Province as the research object,to understand their willingness to consume seafood,to explore the factors affecting willingness of consumers to consume seafood,to put forward practical suggestions for the managers of the seafood market in Jinzhou City,and to provide an important and useful basis for the fishermen and sellers of seafood.In this paper,225 consumers who have consumed seafood in Jinzhou were investigated by questionnaire.The valid data of the questionnaire were analyzed descriptively,and the factors influencing willingness of consumers to consume seafood in Jinzhou were cross-analyzed.The results show that the vast majority of consumers in Jinzhou are willing to consume seafood,and the influencing factors have the basic characteristics of the interviewees,such as the age and average monthly income of the interviewees have a greater impact on the willingness to consume seafood;gender has an impact on the willingness to consume seafood,but not much;educational level and occupation have a greater impact on the willingness to consume seafood;and the Seafood consumption intention has not been affected.The place of sale and quality of seafood,seafood functions and the additional conditions,ordering methods and preferential policies for the purchase of seafood affect people's willingness to consume.Through the above research results,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.One is the suggestion to the fishermen and sellers of seafood: the fishermen should enlarge the scale of fishing,and the sellers should strengthen the quality control to improve the transportation efficiency.The second is the suggestions for the market managers of seafood: standardize the wholesale market of seafood,formulate management plans;improve the management concept of market operators;broaden sales channels,adjust marketing strategies to meet consumer shopping needs.The third is the government's suggestions: to increase financial and technical support;to increase publicity,establish a regional code name characteristic of seafood;to strengthen the supervision and supervision of the seafood market.Fourth,suggestions for consumers: to enhance the understanding and understanding of seafood,establish a correct concept of consumption,improve their awareness of rights.
