Spleen diarrhea is due to the function of spleen transport and transformation of subtle substances obstructed.The characterized of this disease is diarrhea,poor mental state,loss of appetite and easy recurrence.At present,the treatment of disease is used by symptomatic treatment and supportive treatment,and mass antibiotics are used for treatment,and the therapeutic effect is not obvious,and the long-term use of antibiotics may lead to the residues of antibiotics in foods and the emergence of drug-resistant strains.This study was based on the clinical symptoms of spleen deficiency and diarrhea to carry out a combination of Chinese medicine,for providing an effective Chinese veterinary drug to cure spleen deficiency and diarrhea.In order to explore the better preparation process of self-made traditional Chinese medicine compound,this study mainly uses orthogonal design to filter the extraction process.The research results showed that the ratio of material to liquid is 10 times,and the extract 2times,1.5 hours each time.In this study,mice were used to establish an immunosuppressive model by cyclophosphamide,and the self-made traditional Chinese medicine was used to cure.The results showed that this prescription can improve the immune organ index(thymus index,spleen index)of immunosuppressed mice.Enhance the phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages and improve the immune function of the body.In this study,the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine was used as a test drug.The model of spleen deficiency diarrhea was established in rats by using reserpine.The results showed that the middle and high dose groups of traditional Chinese medicine compound could be improved the White blood cell count in the blood of rats with spleen diarrhea.The traditional Chinese medicine compound group can improve serum D-xylose content and increase amylase activity in rats with spleen deficiency and diarrhea.At the same time,Chinese herbal compound can increase serum motilin content.After the model was established,the intestinal epithelium of the model group was moderately necrotic,and the inflammatory cells infiltrated;in the low-dose group,the lamina propria structure was intact,and the intestinal villi were shed;although the intestinal villi in the middle and high dose groups fell off,the area was small,most of structure is normal.In order to explore the effect of self-made Chinese herbal compound on pigs(target animals)with spleen-deficiency diarrhea,this study used piglets as test animals,self-made prescriptions for Chinese medicine as test drugs,and using reserpine to establish a spleen-deficiency diarrhea model.The treatment showed that the Chinese medicine compoundtreatment had an good effect on spleen deficiency and diarrhea piglets: the cure rate of the high dose group was 70%,the effective rate was 90%,the cure rate of the middle dose group was 50%,the effective rate was 80%,and the Chinese medicine compound group could improve the final weight and daily weight gain of piglets with spleen deficiency and diarrhea,reduce the ratio of feed to weight and increase their daily feed intake;the Chinese herbal compound group can not increase the content of immunoglobulin Ig G in the serum of spleen deficiency diarrhea piglets,but the Chinese medicine compound group the content of immunoglobulin Ig M in pig serum increased,and the effect of Chinese medicine compound high and medium dose group was obvious.At the same time,the self-made Chinese herbal compound can also improve the activity of amylase and lipase in duodenal tissue,and the high and middle dose groups have obvious effects.
