The reasonable and efficient utilization of idle rural land resources and agricultural waste,rural homestead reclamation by applying different agricultural waste fertilization,the reclamation soil restoration of agricultural production,to improve the utilization of resources,ease the pressure on the environment,has important significance to realize the sustainable development.This study based on the homestead reclaimed soil wheat and corn rotation system,using the conventional N,P and K dosage as the benchmark to determine the amount of fertilizer applied to calculate the amount of fertilizer.Eight treatments were designed including control(no fertilizer and organic material,CK),chemical fertilizer only(CF),straw with chemical fertilizer for the total amount of CF(SCF),150%total amount of CF that is equivalent to 150%quantity of straw returning with chemical fertilize(SCF+),fungal residue with chemical fertilizer for the total amount of CF(FCF),150%total amount of CF that is equivalent to150%quantity of fungal returning with chemical fertilize(FCF+),pig manure with chemical fertilizer for the total amount of CF(MCF)and 150%total amount of CF that is equivalent to 150%quantity of pig manure returning with chemical fertilize(MCF+).On the basis of the experimental results,the effects and the dynamic changes of straw,Mushroom residue and pig manure on the total organic carbon(TOC)and humus components of the soil reclaimed soil and the correlation between their components were systematically analyzed,in order to provide the theoretical basis and data support for the reclamation and cultivation of the homestead in Chengdu plain..The main research results were as follow:(1)After three years of reclaimed and fertilized treatment,the application treatment of organic materials increased compared with the CK treatment pH in the 0-40 cm soil,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Compared with CK treatment,the soil bulk density of each soil layer decreased significantly(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in 20-40 cm soil(P>0.05).The effect of treating soil bulk density in each soil layer was the best,the surface layer was 0.21-0.23g/cm,and the 20-40 cm soil layer was 0.11-0.13 g/cm~3.The improvement effect of FCF+treatment on soil physical properties is the best.(2)The application of organic materials reclamation fertilization for three years,the soil TOC content in the 0-40 cm soil was the overall fertility was significantly increased(P<0.05),the use of organic materials processing TOC increase the content of TOC variation in surface soil of amplitude of27.31%-31.73%and 20-40 cm layer change in amplitude is 8.03%-15.79%.(3)After three years of reclaimed and fertilized treatment,the WSS content of all organic materials increased and the increase of straw was the biggest.The accumulation of HA in soil increased with the increase of the amount of organic material,and the increase was 76.92%-146.15%.The content of FA in soil increased significantly compared with that before fertilization(P<0.05),but the increase range was less than HA.All soil layers were treated by MCF+,the largest increase was achieved,and the surface and 20-40 cm soil layers were 104.65%and 70.37%,respectively.The application of organic materials to the soil HM accumulation,soil fertility before the HM content was significantly increased(P<0.05),but the application of organic material treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05),the content of HMi and HMc in soil improved significantly compared with that before fertilization(P<0.05),and the application of mushroom residue treatment on the two groups in the soil increased most obviously,increase the surface and depth of 20-40 cm were57.69%-73.08%and 26.32%-36.84%.(4)The application of organic material and chemical fertilizer to the degree of soil humification of the 0-40 cm soil reclaimed soil was improved to a certain extent.Surface soil,FCF+treatment soil PQ value increased most,FCF+promoted humus to the direction of complex,conducive to the accumulation of humus.In the 20-40 cm soil layer,the change amplitude of soil PQ value is less than that of the surface layer,and the increase of MCF+is the largest.The value of HMi/HMc showed a downward trend,which promoted the accumulation of soil humus.Through the change of logK can be drawn,in the 0-20 cm soil layer,the organic materials can promote the WSS,FA,HMi and HMc components to simplify the structure of direction;while the HA group after three years of fertilization to the molecular structure of complex development,increase the degree of humification,the treatment of FCF+humic degree the highest.In the 20-40 cm soil layer,the molecular structure of the WSS,HMi and HMc components is simple,and the structure of HA and FA components develops towards the compound direction.
