Wheat,as one of the important staple grain,has an important influence on the production and life of people.The study of the morphological characteristics of wheat plays an important role in understanding its growth state and selecting excellent varieties.In order to facilitate the screening and differentiation of varieties in field breeding,the experimental design took the new wheat varieties(lines)in Sichuan as the research material,and compared them with the wheat plant morphology.The three dimensional reconstruction model of wheat and the dynamic visualization of the growth process were established by the sequence image of wheat plant plant.At the same time,the calculation results and the output data of the related character data were recorded,so as to build a management system for the visibility and growth of wheat variety identification and growth in the mobile system platform in the future.Finally,it brings an efficient management tool for the cultivation and popularization of new wheat varieties.The morphological data of wheat plants were measured in the experiment: growth period,plant height,leaf,stem node,Leaf sheath,panicle and grain;Calculation of characters: plant height composition index,leaf length width ratio,leaf area,and plant height ratio of panicle length;Yield statistics for each variety;By building an image acquisition platform,the 3D model was rebuilt for different wheat growth stages in3 DSOM software,and the dynamic and dynamic growth of the model was realized in Photoshop.The results showed that there were significant differences in plant parts of different varieties of wheat,which could be used in the extraction of feature information from the image recognition of wheat varieties:(1)the difference of the height of different varieties was very significant in the growth period.(2)the length of the stem node length of the different varieties was different.There were significant differences in the diameter of each stem,and(3)there were significant differences in the leaves of different varieties.(4)there were significant differences in the one leaf sheath of the different varieties,and the difference between the inverted two and the five leaf sheath was not significant,and thedifference between the inverted three and the inverted four sheaths was very significant.(5)the panicle length,the awn length and the grain length of the different varieties were very significant.6.(6)the study tried to reconstruct the visual model of Chuannong 30,and the error rate of the reconstruction was at 0.10%~3.71%,and the dynamic process of plant growth was simulated.(7)it is found that the reconstruction of wheat details can be realized by increasing the mask fineness and adjusting the threshold parameters in order to improve the details of 3DSOM.
