In this paper,the suction metering device and rice grain are taken as the research object to test the physical and mechanical parameters of the seed,and Build a model.Bench test was used to analyze the working quality of seed meter under different parameters,and the working process of seed meter was simulated with software EDEM and FLUENT.The main contents are as follows1.The N627 rice seeds produced by Jilin Agricultural University were used as the research object,and the moisture content,density,triaxial dimensions,and physical and mechanical parameters were measured.By cultivating seeds with multiple moisture contents for measurement,Use the drawing software to help build a three-dimensional model of the seed.2.Building a seed-metering model by CATIA and using Gambit to divide the grid.The FLUENT software was used to analyze the distribution of flow fields at different orifices and speeds.The Edem and fluent parameters are configured to simulate the working process of the seed-metering device.3.The bench test is carried out using the JPS-12 test bench to analyze the working quality of the seed metering device under different parameters.By designing single-factor tests of vacuum degree and rotation speed,the range of optimum vacuum degree and the range of optimal rotation speed are found,and preparation is made for orthogonal experimental design.Design Three-factor three-level orthogonal test,rotation speed(35r/min,40r/min,45r/min),vacuum degree(3kpa,3.5kpa,4kpa),aperture(2.2mm,2.4mm,2.6mm),Analyze the test data,obtain the order of factors and the optimal test group,and prepare for the comparison simulation.and the simulation accuracy is analyzed by comparing with the previous test data. |
