| Efficient crop phenotype monitoring based on machine vision as an important research direction of modern agriculture is a prerequisite for breeding,variety selection,genomics and phenotypic research.With the development of image acquisition,network transmission technology and image processing technology,the research and application of crop phenotype monitoring based on machine vision has been paid more and more attention.Based on the current crop water stress monitoring method is time-consuming,under greenhouse conditions,the design and development of the crop monitoring system based on machine vision,and proposes the thermal infrared image and visible light image acquisition strawberry crop canopy temperature region based on the diagnosis of water stress to strawberry.The camera was mounted on a rail platform controllable movement,and through the computer terminal to control the rotation of the motor driven camera on the X axis,Y axis and Z axis,moving and positioning on three directions,multi parameter monitoring on crops,proposes and implements the infrared image and visible image of strawberry under water stress condition based on the automatic diagnosis method.Based on the image information fusion,realize the automatic extraction of crop area temperature of the infrared image,and the crop water stress index of single point(crop water stress index,CWSI),the regional water stress index correlation with stomatal conductance of comparative studies,explores the crop water stress automatic diagnosis method.The conclusion was drawn that under different water stress treatments,crop CWSI had significant difference.The determination coefficients of CWSI and stomatal conductance in three groups of strawberry were different.Compared with single crop CWSI,crop area CWSI had better correlation with stomatal conductance.The results show that the automatic diagnosis of crop water stress based on crop area CWSI is more feasible.This phenotype crop monitoring system based on machine vision is preliminarily realized the automatic diagnosis of strawberry crop water stress,non-contact and nondestructive to obtain temperature strawberry leaves,CWSI correlated with stomatal conductance calculated from the infrared image and visible light image acquisition based on the temperature of crop area and the more can reflect the crop water stress,water stress for greenhouse crops in the automatic diagnosis foundation for application and it provides scientific basis for reasonable irrigation. |
