Chinese mitten crab existing in Yangtze River basin are high quality, delicious, and they are well known as a kind of seafood.Since the 1980 s,along with the improvement of the standard of living, people put more emphasis on the quality of aquatic products. The scale of the Chinese mitten crab industry has grown to more than 20 billion yuan, and it is becoming one of pillars of aquaculture industry. The study choose different sources crab(the Yangtze River estuary wild crab G0,the Yangtze River estuary wild crab breeding first generation G1,artificial crab)cultured mature commodity crab experimental samples, analysis of Chinese mitten crab liver and pancreas, muscle, gonad nutrients(crude protein, amino acids, fatty acids, crude fat, moisture, ash content, etc.),to explore the Chinese mitten crab in sales season, the nutritional quality between different strains of Chinese mitten crab, provide a scientific basis for the Chinese mitten artificial breeding lines.By comparing the nutritional traits of different strains of crab, the quality of its health to undertake a comprehensive evaluation,to provide a reference for the index of Chinese mitten crab species breeding and fattening develop. The results of this study show that(1)three male crab's gonad index were significantly different, wild G0 significantly lower than the other two groups of males, but there was no significant difference in muscle and hepatopancreas index Index, the indices had no females significant difference;(2)nutrients for commodity crab, fatty acids and amino acids, there are some differences after different Larvae develop, wild G0 and G1 the vast majority were better than the control group.(3)Wild Larvae and its sub-culture generation has excellent performance, quality and performance can improve farming through genetic selection.
