| The physiological effects of Mstn gene are not only limited to the inhibition of skeletal muscle growth, but may also play important roles in the metabolism. In this experiment, the F1 generation cattle obtained from Mstn-/-luxi bull cross with Luxi cow or Mongolian cow were taken as the research subjects, the occurrence of Mstn mutations in Luxi cattle,Mongolian cattle,Chinese Simmental cattle,Wagyu and their Mstn-/+F1 generation were also analyzed. In order to study the effects of fasting and feeding full combined with exercises on the changes of serum metabolites, the blood physiological and biochemical indexes of the Mstn-/+F1 cattle at different ages were analyzed. The results showed that:1)Two insertion sites of g.908ist(10)and g.2158ist(12)were identified in the Mstn gene in Luxi cattle,Mongolian cattle and Chinese Simmental;2)The lymphocyte ratio and value cell count decreased Significant at 9 months,12 months,15 months and 18 months in the Mstn-/+cattle were found in comparson with the control group;3)Compared to the control group, significantly lower level of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase, significantly higher level of high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein and lipase in the 9-month Mstn-/+cattle;the glucose decreased significantly and lipase increased significantly in12-month cattle;amylase increased significantly at 15-month;and the glucose and urea were significantly reduced at the 18-month cattle.4)Combination of fasting and feeding full with exercises had significant effects on the serum metabolites of Mstn-/+cattle.Before and after fasting or feeding full exercise the blood glucose was significantly lower than the control;both feeding and exercise decreased the serum cholesterol, lactate dehydrogenase and triglyceride levels, and elevated high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein and lipase levels, significantly reduced glutamate pyruvate, transaminase, glutamic oxalacetic transaminase, serum albumin and branched-chain amino acids, and significantly affect serum essential and non-essential amino acid content. In conclusion, compared with the control group, fasting, fasting exercise, feeding full and feeding full exercise had significant effects on the metabolism of sugar, fat and protein in Mstn-/+cattle. |
