In order to determine the effect of polypeptide urea on soil nitrogen change,root characteristics,yield and nitrogen utilization in rice.A hybrid indica rice combination,F you 498 and yixiangyou 2115 were used as materials.Two-factor randomized block experiment design in 2016 and 2017.Under the conditions of the different nitrogen fertilizer,the changes in soil urease,catalase and nitrogen content,the characteristics of the rice root system,the accumulation of the dry matter,the accumulation of nitrogen,the production of nitrogen,and the efficiency of the nitrogen.main results are as follows,(1)The soil urease activity and nitrogen content were all at the maximum of 14d after fertilization,and then began to decrease rapidly.Compared with conventional urea and conventional urea+PASP,polypeptide urea treated with high urease activity,ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and total nitrogen content.High urease activity,ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and total nitrogen content were maintained in the 0-20cm soil layer.There was no significant difference between CK and PASP.(2)Under different nitrogen treatment,when in heading stage,there is the most obvious difference in root period;The results showed that the root length,root tip number,root volume and root surface area increased by 31.24%,13.28%,33.60%and 27.36%(yixiangyou2115),and 15.41%,21.60%,38.34%,9.55%(F you498);There was no significant difference between CK and PASP.In addition,polypeptide urea treatment still has high root length,root tip number,volume and surface area in the mature stage.(3)It's key period for the accumulation of dry matter and nitrogen in Jointing-Heading stage.Compared with the other nitrogen treatments,the accumulation of dry matter and nitrogen accumulation was significantly increased by 24.86%and 79.21%(yixiangyou2115).17.76%,31.70%(F you 498)on polypeptide urea.There was little difference between CK and PASP in dry matter and nitrogen accumulation.(4)The final yield and nitrogen utilization rate were respectively achieved 11.15t/hm~2,65.39%(yixiangyou2115);12.06 t/hm~2,69.49%(F you 498)in2017 polypeptide urea treatment.Compared with the other nitrogen treatments,Increased by 15.30%and 28.89%(yixiangyou2115).And Increased by 15.63%,23.45%(F you 498).Above all,polypeptide urea fertilizer could increase rice stage,soil urease activity,ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen and total nitrogen content,and the growth of the root system has led directly to the increased contact area of the soil,increasing the absorption of nutrients.Finally,the yield of yixiangyou 2115 and F you498 was achieved 10.78 t/hm~2,11.89 t/hm~2(2016);11.15t/hm~2,12.06 t/hm~2(2017).Nitrogen utilization was achieved 63.41%,67.24%(2016);65.39%,69.39%(2017)...
