Tobacco is one of the most important economic crops in China,and it is a kind of jealous continuous crop,continuous cropping of Tobacco leads to imbalance in nutrient balance and effects crop growth.Phosphorus is one of the essential elements of crops,and it is closely related to the quality and yield of crops.Both cropping systems and fertilization practices will have an impact on soil phosphorus.In order to improve the continuous cropping obstacles of tobacco and improve soil quality,this experiment adopted a two-factor split-zone test design,the main area is winter idle land?A1?,Chongrongyou 1?A2?,Deyouzao 1?A3?and GSX-1?A4?,and three kinds of fertilization systems?B1:no fertilization;B2:organic fertilization with fertilizer;B3:single fertilization?are cracked areas,investigated the effects of tobacco with three varieties of rape rotation or continuous tobacco and different fertilization systems on phosphorus content and acid phosphatase activity in soil.The main results are as follows:?1?Tobacco-crop rotation can significantly increase the content of total phosphorus and available phosphorus in soil,and increased soil acid phosphatase activity in the later stage of rape growth and tobacco season.There is no significant difference in total phosphorus content among different rape varieties in rape season.The available phosphorus content and soil acid phosphatase activity were highest at A2,which increased by 19.67%and 9.83%respectively after a rape season compared with A1;There was no significant difference in total phosphorus content among different varieties of rape in tobacco season,and the available phosphorus content and soil acid phosphatase activity were highest in A2,which increased by 17.40%and 13.20%respectively compared with A1.The fertilization in rape season can increase total phosphorus,available phosphorus content and soil acid phosphatase activity in rape soil,and the effect of B2 is better,which increased by 15.15%,22.90%and 15.42%respectively after a rape season compared with B1.Fertilized in rape season still has a significant effect on total phosphorus in tobacco season,but the gap between fertilization and no fertilization has decreased.The available phosphorus content in the soil during the whole tobacco season was B2>B3>B1.Soil acid phosphatase activity in the early stage of tobacco still showed that the fertilization treatment in rape season was significantly higher than that in non-fertilizer treatment,but there was no significant difference between B1 and B3 in the maturity stage of tobacco,and B2 increased by 6.87%and 5.26%over B1 and B3 respectively.?2?The content of inorganic phosphorus in all treatments was highest in Fe-P and O-P,much larger than Al-P and Ca10-P,and the lowest in Ca2-P and Ca8-P,The sum of Fe-P and O-P accounts for about 90%of the total inorganic phosphorus component.Planting rape can activate the potential phosphorus sources(O-P,Ca10-P)in later stage of rape,and increase the availability of soil phosphorus.The effect of A2 on Ca2-P,Al-P and Fe-P was the best,which was 34.42%,30.57%and 11.49%higher than that of A1.The effect of A3on Ca8-P was the best,which was 78.02%higher than that of A1.During the tobacco season,rotation can increase the available and slow-acting phosphorus in soil compared to continuous cropping,and rotation can reduce the content of inorganic phosphorus in the soil,and A2 has the best effect,the Ca2-P content is 25.82%higher than that of A1.Fertilization can increase the inorganic phosphorus content of various components in rape season.Compared with B3,B2 has better effect on the increase of available?Ca2-P,Ca8-P?and slow-acting?Al-P,Fe-P?phosphorus in soil and it can reduce the content of refractory phosphorus.Fertilization can increase the content of inorganic phosphorus components other than Ca10-P in the soil of tobacco season.Compared with B3,B2 can increase the content of Ca2-P,Ca8-P and Al-P in soil,and B3 mainly increases the content of Fe-P and O-P in soil.?3?Rape soil has stronger organophosphorus activation than idle land soil in mid and late growth stages of rape,planting rape reduces HMOP?high-stable organic phosphorus?content and increases LOP?active organic phosphorus?and HLOP?intermediate active organic phosphorus?content.There was no significant difference in the effect of LOP content in each rotation.A2 has the best HLOP promotion effect,which is 6.71%higher than that of A1.The content of MLOP in soil for rotation is higher than that for tobacco continuous cropping,but the content of HROP is opposite.Description tobacco-rape rotation can improve the ability of soil to use highly stable forms of organic phosphorus.A2 had the best effect,its LOP content was 8.35%higher than that of A1,and its HROP content was 8.02%lower than that of A1.Fertilization can increase the organic phosphorus content of various components in each rape season,and the most significant increase with MLOP.The two fertilizer treatments were best performed with B2 and 13.80%more than B3,and B2 can reduce MROP content in later stages of rape.Fertilization in rape season can increase the content of organic phosphorus in the soil of tobacco season.B2 has stronger use of high-stability organic phosphorus than B3,and it can increase soil organic phosphor availability in tobacco season.Above all,A2?Chongrongyou No.1?with tobacco rotation is the best local planting pattern,and B2?organic and inorganic fertilizer application?is the preferred mode of fertilization.
