Investigation And Analysis Of Resistance To Powdery Mildew In F₁ Generation Of Grape

Powdery Mildew is one of the most severe fungal diseases of grapes,resulting in a series of problems such as a production decline and a quality reduction in the production,which give rise to significant economic losses.In this paper,we investigated the leaves of F₁generation of 13 hybrids?‘Zuo shan×Sha di',‘Hean×Zuoshan75097',‘Shadi×Zuoshan75097',‘Detroit×Tai shan-2',‘Zuoshan-2×He an',‘Tonghua×Shuangyou',‘Zuoshan×Hean-2',‘He an×Tai shan-2',‘Ruby×Jiang xi-2',Zuoshan-2×He an-2',‘83-4-85?V.quinquangularis Rehd.?×YH-3?V.yeshanensis×V.riparia Michx.?YH-3?V.yeshanensis×V.riparia Michx.?6?V.yeshanensis×V.riparia Michx.?',‘Shang24×YH56?V.yeshanensis×V.riparia Michx.?',and‘Taishan-2×YH-3?V.yeshanensis×V.riparia Michx.?3'?,revealed the resistance of different F₁ generation to powdery mildew under natural conditions in the field,and provide the basis for grape disease resistance breeding.The results are as follows:1.The combination of‘Tonghua×Shuangyou'was high resistant,that had the strongest resisitance.The average index of disease infection was 15.98%and the resistant plants accounted for 81.36%of the total number of plants.And it's a good combination of resistance varieties breeding.2.The resistance of‘Shadi×Zuoshan75097',‘Zuoshan×Hean-2',‘83-4-85?V.quinquangularis Rehd.?×YH-3?V.yeshanensis×V.riparia Michx.?YH-3?V.yeshanensis×V.riparia Michx.?6?V.yeshanensis×V.riparia Michx.?',‘Shang24×YH56?V.yeshanensis×V.riparia Michx.?',‘Taishan-2×YH-3?V.yeshanensis×V.riparia Michx.?3'to powdery mildew was resistant.3.The resisitance of these combinations,such as‘Zuoshan-2×He an',‘He an×Tai shan-2'and‘Hean×Zuoshan75097'was susceptible,which means the resistance of these F1generations of these hybrid combinations have poor resistance to powdery mildew.4.There are two combinations,‘Zuo shan×Sha di'and‘Ruby×Jiang xi-2',whose resistance to powdery mildew is high susceptible.Among them,the F1 generations of‘Zuo shan×Sha di'has the worst resistance to powdery mildew.5.According to the type of resistance to powdery mildew in F1 hybrids of different crosses,we chose the single plant with the strongest resistance to powdery mildew,laying the foundation for the next breed breeding.
