| [Objective]Through the screening of different defoliation ripening agents for machine-picked cotton,the visualization symptoms of cotton,the factors and the mechanism of defoliation and ripening,this study provides some references and suggestions for the reasonable usage of defoliants to improve the quality and efficiency of picking cotton by machines.[Method] Three commonly used defoliants were introduced in this experiment which wascarried out in Xinjiang high-risk cotton area(184 groups)to explore its effects on cotton defoliation rate,boll opening rate,yield and fiber quality,as well as machine cotton defoliation and vomiting.Besides,this paper also analyzes the symptoms and factors affecting the defoliation and flocculation.The defoliation and ripening rules of different defoliants in cotton fields is clarified as well as studying the rules and effects of defoliation ripening agents under the new pattern of row spacing and dense planting.[Result] Three planting.2.Visualization of symptoms and mechanism of leaf defoliation and Boll opening of cotton after spraying defoliating agent.The order of leaf detachment is that the upper layer,the leaflet and the new leaf drops in sequencefirst,and then followed by the large leaf,the old leaf,and the main stem and leaf;the middle and lower layers first drop the main stem,the big leaf,the old leaf,and then the other leaves;the whole cotton plant owner,the stems and leaves of the stems and leaves are detached first,and the other side leaves are detached from the upper leaves of the bells and the lower leaves of the bells.The order of the bolls is from bottom touppper parts,and the inside is ahead of the layman.During the process of leaf detachment,the color of the leaves is from green to red to brown.The spots are first seen and then contiguous and then the whole leaves are aging.The separation layer is split from the lower part and finally broken to form a complete separation layer.Blade detachment and boll order are affected by internal and external factors such as cotton variety,configuration,application time,concentration,type,temperature,rain,wind,grass damage,pests,support points and external collisions,resulting in changes in shedding and vomiting.3.Defoliant use effect of Mechanically harvested cotton planting modeThe early application of Reedragon has better defoliation and ripening effect in the same row spacing and close planting mode.The late spraying of detoxification leaves and ripening effect is better,and the single application of ethephon also has better defoliation and ripening effect.Regardless of the early or late spraying,the effect of defoliation is better with a larger concentration of drugs..In the row spacing close planting mode,the chemical defoliation ripening agent treatment will reduce the yield by 1.44-67kg/mu,and the rate of yield reducing by 0.49-23%;the same defoliation ripening agent will reduce the yield more than the application amount in the morning and evening.Ethephon accelerates cotton ripening but can result in reduced yields.Late application of vomiting was less and the yield of retort was reduced.The treatment of the cotton in the row spacing mode had little effect on the cotton length,specific strength,maturity coefficient and uniformity of the cotton fiber,and did not reach significant difference;the micronaire value was greatly affected by the agent,in the treatment of 6,11 and 14 The comparison was significant(P<0.05).All the treatments of telfluent,retreat and ethephon reduced the qualityof cotton.The less the dose of ralfluon,the least the productionwas reduced.The more the dosage,the more the productionfell.Less,ethephon makes profits fall more.[Conclusion] Reed Longruilong + auxiliaries + ethephon has the best application effect,and can be widely applied in this research area;using cotton visualization symptoms can directly reflect cotton defoliation and vomiting,which can correctly reflect cotton susceptibility and thespecific performance of the effects of aging agents and defoliants.It can guide cotton defoliation and harvesting work;spraying two different cotton defoliants and different periods have significant effects on cotton defoliation rate and boll opening rate,all treatments of methyst,rudolide and ethephon reduced the production of cotton scarcely,the least amount of ralfluon is used to reduce theproduction,the most used of ralfluon is the most effective,and the use of dextrobe reduced production of cotton less,and the use of ethephon reduced the production more.prodction of ethephon is reduced. |
