Straw returned can not only solve the current problems such as excess straw production and environmental pollution,but also play a positive role in alleviating black soil fertility decline and increasing agricultural output.In this paper,the effects of corn stover deep incorporation of different amount on the fertility of black soil and crop growth,as well as the differences in composition and structural characteristics of organic matter were studied.Taked the black soil of Maize Research Station of Jilin Agricultural University as the researched object,and there were5 treatments of CK,1/2CS,CS,2CS and 3CS.Respectively represented no corn stover incorporated,half amounts of corn stover deep incorporation(4500kg hm-2),full amounts of corn stover deep incorporation(9000kg hm-2),double amounts of corn stover deep incorporation(18000kg hm-2)and triple amounts of corn stover deep incorporation(27000 kg hm-2),Research indicated:?1?The corn stover deep incorporation also reduced the soil bulk density and increased the soil moisture content,which has an effect on improved the compactness.In the first year after the deep incorporation,its improvement effect was better than the second year after.?2?The content of soil organic matter was significantly increased after the straw was deep incorporation,and the full amounts of straw?CS?treatment had the most significant effect on the accumulation of organic matter.Soil organic matter increased at 3 months,6 months,12months and 18 months after returned to field.They were 15.35%,10.85%,26.73%,and 31.78%,followed by a half amounts of corn stover deep incorporation?1/2CS?treatment,with an respectively increased of 14.91%,9.34%,9.32%,and 19.16%.?3?The deep straw stalks also increased the organic carbon content and PQ value of the soil humus components?HA,HM,WSS?.Compared with the control?CK?,the full amounts of corn stover deep incorporation treatment?CS?was more favorable The composition of humus was improved and the degree of soil humification was improved,followed by half amounts of corn stover deep incorporation?1/2CS?treatment.However,with the increased of the amount of straw,the amount of soil humus components treated with 2CS and 3 times 3CS?3CS?contained The amount of carbon did not reflected the additive effect.?4?The treatment of HA with different amounts of corn stover deep incorporation also reduced the oxidation degree,condensation degree and thermal stability of HA molecules,increased the content of aliphatic hydrocarbons,decreased the aromaticity,and tended to simplify the molecular structure.?5?Different amounts of corn stover deep incorporation treatment are beneficial to promoted corn growth,increased the length of the rods,the weight of the rods and the weight of 100 seeds,and increase crop yield.The overall showed:CS>1/2CS>2CS>3CS>CK.In the first and second year of the full of amounts corn stover deep incorporation?CS?treatment,the annual corn yield respectively increased by 15.23%and 14.43%,and half of amounts corn stover deep incorporation?1/2CS?treatment respectively increased by 13.03%and 11.99%.
