| Our country have rich resources about straw,straw yield is the first in the world and corn straw is the most crop straw.Due to the special cellulose-hemicellulose-lignin structure of straw influence livestock’s feed intake and digestibility.The text deal with straw by adding microecological agents,it can break cytoderm and degrade partial fiber of straw,significantly improve the nutrition composition,quality,aerobic stability and rumen degradation rate of straw feed,it has important significance on the development of animal husbandry.In text 1,micro-storage deal with corn straw by adding three bacteria preparations and three enzyme preparations,the bacteria preparations and enzyme preparations were evaluated through the quota of dry matter,crude protein,crude fiber,neutral detergent fiber and acidic detergent fiber.Results showed:(1)The C group of bacteria preparation has best effect.Crude fiber,neutral detergent fiber and acidic detergent fiber content decreased by 5.50%(P<0.05),4.93%(P<0.05),3.87%(P<0.05),it has little effect on dry matter and crude protein(P<0.05).(2)The E group of enzyme preparation has best effect.Crude fiber,neutral detergent fiber and acidic detergent fiber content decreased by9.70%(P<0.05),10.26%(P<0.05),9.31%(P<0.05),it has little effect on dry matter and crude protein(P<0.05).In text 2,four kiands of combinations enzyme preparations to deal with corn straw by micro-storage.The combinations enzyme preparations were evaluated through the quota of dry matter,crude protein,crude fiber,neutral detergent fiber and acidic detergent fiber.Results showed: The1 group of combinations enzyme preparations has best effect.Crude fiber,neutral detergent fiber and acidic detergent fiber content decreased by 12.65%(P<0.05),18.77%(P<0.05),14.83%(P<0.05),it has little effect on dry matter and crude protein(P<0.05).In text 3,micro-storage deal with corn straw by adding compound enzyme+lactobacillus,compound enzyme+compound bacteria,compound enzyme.Through the quota of Sensory index score,nutrition composition,quality,aerobic stability and rumen degradation rate to evaluate microecological agents.Results showed: The group of compound enzyme+compound bacteria has best effect.pH,crude fiber,neutral detergent fiber,acidic detergent fiber,hemicellulose and ammonium nitrogen / total nitrogen content decreased by 0.81,15.19%(P<0.05),20.89%(P<0.05),14.76%(P<0.05),6.14%(P<0.05),26.58%(P<0.05).Water soluble carbohydrates,lactic acid,acetic acid and aerobic stability were increased by 0.38%(P<0.05),21.44%(P<0.05),3.68%(P<0.05),30h(P<0.05),it has little effect on dry matter and crude protein(P<0.05). |
