kernel number per row,100-kernel weight,ear diameter,ear row number and cob diameter were significantly correlated with maize yield per unit area,which was important yield-related traits of maize,and it was of great significance to study the genetic mechanism.This report studied 80 Jilin maize inbred lines in field experiments at Jilin Changchun and Jilin Meihekou,and measured kernel number per row,100-kernel weight,ear diameter,ear row number and cob diameter in 2014 and 2015.At the same time,the whole genome was re-sequenced by the second generation sequencing technique,and the obtained SNP markers were used for association analysis.The results show:1.The variation of the number of kernel row number in four environments was 12.0-41.6.The generalized heritability was 70.5%.The results of association analysis showed that 19 SNPs were significantly associated with the number of maize grains,among which the two loci located in chromosome borders bin 2.04 and 3.08 were detected inin Changchun and Meihekou in 2015.The 14 SNP loci are located within the QTL confidence interval that the predecessor has located.Four candidate genes were extracted from the linkage disequilibrium region of the significant SNP locus,and the predicted protein,ubiquitination target receptor protein,metal-dependent phosphorylase protein,heavy metal transporter and a non-functional hypothetical protein were predicted respectively.Which are closely related to the development of grain number of maize.2.The variation range of maize 100-kernel weight phenotypic traits in the four environments was 18.61-40.33.The generalized heritability was 67.13%.The results of association analysis showed that SNPs were significantly associated with the number of grains in maize,and the loci located in the chromosome frame bin4.05 were detected in both Changchun and Meihekou in 2015.One of the SNP loci is located within the QTL confidence interval where the predecessor has been located.A candidate gene was excavated in the linkage disequilibrium region of the significant SNP locus,and the protein encoded by the gene did not predict the characteristic function,which may be closely related to the development of the 100-grain weight of maize.3.The variation range of ear diameter traits phenotypic traits in maize was in the range of 3.0-5.6.The generalized heritability was 92.62%.The results of association analysis showed that 13 SNPs were significantly associated with the spike of maize.Among them,one locus located in chromosome frame bin1.05 was detected in both 2014 and Changchun and 2015 Meihekou.The 8 SNP loci were consistent with the QTL confidence intervals that were previously targeted.Seven candidate genes were excavated in the linkage disequilibrium region of the significant SNP locus,one of which was the Knox1 gene,and the remaining candidate gene genes were predicted to encode the WD repeat domain containing the protein,the BURP domain containing the protein,the papain family of cysteine Acid protease and three hypothetical proteins that did not predict the characteristic function.May be closely related to the development of corn spike.4.The variation of phenotypic traits of ear row number in maize was in the range of 10.0-21.5.The generalized heritability was 96.26%.The results of association analysis showed that the SNPs were significantly correlated with the number of ear lines in maize,all of which were detected in the Changchun environment.Five SNP loci were consistent with the QTL confidence interval of the previous loci.Three candidate genes were excavated in the linkage disequilibrium region of the significant SNP locus,and the B-box zinc finger protein,ATMIN7 hypothesis expressed protein,AMP-dependent synthase and ligase superfamily protein were predicted respectively.Which may be closely related to the development of corn ear rows.5.The variation of phenotypic traits of cob diameter in maize in 4 environments was 1.3-3.8.The generalized heritability was 90.39%.The results of association analysis showed that 19 SNPs were significantly associated with maize axis,and the two loci located in chromosome bricks bin2.02 and 7.02 were detected in three environments in 2014,Changchun,2015,Changchun and 2015 Meihekou The Six SNP loci were located within the QTL confidence interval that the predecessor had located.Seven candidate genes were excavated in the linkage disequilibrium region of significant SNP locus,one of which was hsftf13 gene,and the remaining candidate genes were predicted to encode serine / threonine protein phosphatase,PLP3 b protein,histone acetyltransferase,1 2-dihydroxy-3-one-5-methylthiophene dioxygenase protein and two hypothetical proteins that did not predict the characteristic function.May be closely related to the development of the coarse axis of corn.
