The fungus beetle is a type of coleopteran insect that can be used as a nutrient source. Many groups are closely related to human economic interests due to the harm of edible fungi production, which has caused widespread concern. This paper is based on the literature information and field investigations, organized the species of Chinese fungus beetles in the Coleoptera list in the Palaearctic, the results are as follows: 14 superfamilies,57 families,85 subfamilies,1018 genera,5078 species(listed at the end of the paper as an appendix).Which contains the largest number of species is Staphylinoide,Chrysomeloidea,Scarabaeoidea and Tenebrionoidea. In this paper, the family Tetratomidae was selected as the typical representative of the fungicidal beetles, and the relationship between the family and fungi was explored,2 new species were found on the basis of the original species,Cyanopenthe granulata sp.n.and Cyanopenthe hirtiscutellara sp.n.,1 new record Tetratoma(Tetratoma)fuscoguttata,it enriched the species composition of mycetaceae in China. There are various species of fungi that beetles feed on.At present,35 orders of 5 classes and 3 phyla have been recorded, mainly Basidiomycetes and Ascomycetes. The fungus beetle establishes an interdependent relationship with the natural bacteria due to feeding, the fungus provides nutrition or habitat for the beetle, and the beetle assists the fungus to spread spores for its reproductive offspring. They all evolved to some of the structures that contributed to this result(beetles evolved spore brushes, mycangia, etc.)or specific properties(special chemicals released by fungi or self-luminescence,etc.).In the process of beetle evolution, under the condition of ensuring the normal operation of life activities,it will save as much as possible its physical strength and reproduce offspring,so as to produce its monophagous or polyphagous selection, due to the limited time of the existence of the fungus fruiting bodies, various emergencies that cause their damage are also encountered during the growth stage,so most beetles tend to be diversified.
