Camellia oleifera,as a unique edible oil economic tree in China,has a long history of cultivation and management.Camellia oleifera adapts to acidic soils in the south and is mostly grown on hills or hills with low slopes.With the rapid development of modern agriculture,the Camellia oleifera industry,as an important economic source in the South,has been greatly assisted by the government and is advancing rapidly.The shortage of special machinery is one of the important factors restricting the development of Camellia oleifera industry.The Camellia oleifera reclamation machine is one of the important woodwork machines in Camellia oleifera tending machine.Based on the analysis of the requirements of Camellia oleifera reclamation and agronomy,combined with the working principle and design method of rotary tiller,a horizontal rotary tillage reclamation machine for Camellia oleifera was developed jointly with Hunan Academy of Forestry Sciences and Hengyang Fu-nong Machinery Manufacturing Co.Ltd.The reclaiming performance and applicability of horizontal rotary tillage reclamation machine for Camellia oleifera were studied in this paper.Based on the working principle and design method of rotary tiller,the structure and key parameters of the horizontal rotary tillage reclamation machine were determined,and the 3D figure of the horizontal rotary tillage reclamation machine was plotted by Pro/E.The total width of the reclamation machine is 1310 mm,the total height is 408 mm,the total length is853 mm,the knife handle thickness is 6mm,the width is 25 mm,the cutting edge reclamation radius is 150 mm,the diameter of the knife roller is 60 mm.The 1GZ crawler self-propelled tractor is chosen as the walking device of the Camellia reclamation machine.Using ANSYS finite element analysis software,the natural frequency of the frame structure and the first ten order vibration patterns are analyzed,and the Camellia reclamation machine is obtained.The vibration of the frame mainly occurs in the tool roller,the upper end cover and the front baffle,and the resonance critical speed is calculated to be 811 r / min.Based on the analysis of the moving track of the reclamation parts,the power consumption model of the horizontal rotary tillage reclamation machine was established,and the forward speed of the reclamation machine was determined to be 1.5km / h,the rotational speed of the knife axis was 350 r /min,and the remote control operation was adopted to meet the normal working and agronomic requirements of the reclamation machine.In this paper,four kinds of woodlands were studied and the soil environment and the distribution of oil and tea were measured.The four kinds of forest environment,including soft forest land,multi-forest land,new step young forest,common forest and camellia forest,had an average soil firmness of 211.5kPa and 451.3 kPa,respectively,and the soil firmness and soil water content were positively correlated with the depth of the cultivation layer.Forest stone at height of 120 m Right and left are most concentrated.The results showed that the rate of reclaimed soil was between 84.5% and 87.3%,and the average tillage depth was between 120mm~175mm,which met the agronomic requirements.The level of the forest land is flat and the soil is solid,the average depth of ploughing is120 mm,and the stability of the ploughing depth can reach 87.3mm.the average depth of ploughing in the multi-stony forest can reach 140 mm,but the stone will have a great impact on the reclamation knife,and the track will have to cross the stone.Results in the lowest stability of tillage depth,only 84.6;common forest environment is better,weeds are less,row spacing is moderate,stone is less,surface undulation is gentle,reclamation average The depth is 150 mm,the stability of tillage depth is 89.7 mm,the effect is the best,and the soil moisture content is large and the firmness is small,the average depth of tillage is 175 mm,and the stability of soil depth is 85.4 mm.In the soft woodland with weeds and the common mature forest,the overburden reached 81.6% and 90.5% respectively.The density of weeds in common forest is relatively low and the plants are short and easy to be covered,while in soft forest land there are many varieties of weeds and the density of growth is high,and the effect of common machetes on their mulching is poor.Camellia oleifera branch,forest stone,forest topography will affect the performance and efficiency of the reclamation machine.The working efficiency of the reclamation machine is in the range of 757 ~ 800 m / h,and the highest efficiency is the reclamation of the newly renovated young plantations.The average working efficiency is 774 m / h,which is 9 times of that of the artificial reclamation,and the cost expenditure is about 7 times less than that of the artificial reclamation.
