Dendrobium orchid is a perennial herb, commonly known as "life-saving dianthera".Wild Dendrobium unique growth environment,is very strict on the microclimate, the warm and humid environment, excellent ventilation and drainage of the trunk, was born in the undergrowth, often with lichens, mosses and ferns etc.mixed seeds, without endosperm, slow growth, low survival rate, the technical problems of production scale and the high cost problem for most of summer high temperature area.At present, the majority of enterprises in accordance with the conventional cultivation pattern of crop planting, fertilizer and pesticide in pursuit of yield, such as the disease is massive amounts of pesticides, resulting in output quality are far from the wild Dendrobium officinale compared, even in the presence of pesticide residues and safety hazards. In this study, three factors and four levels of orthogonal tests were designed through the use of different planting matrixes, different light conditions and different concentrations of fertilizer.Simultaneous determination of physiological and biochemical indexes to measure morphological index and main medicinal components of polysaccharides,to determine the planting matrix, optimal illumination conditions, the use of fertilizer concentration, and the sustainable development and utilization of Dendrobium,a large area of factory production plant to provide guidance. The research results are as follows: significant factors and biochemical characteristics of Dendrobium the morphological characteristics for shading, namely the growth of Dendrobium candidum in light intensity;second substrate ratio;finally the concentration of fertilizer. The best combination and is suitable for production of A2B3C3,sphagna: bamboo charcoal: bark =6:2:2,60% shading,2000 times the concentration of fertilizer.
