The research on the spatio-temporal pattern and dynamic change of grassland yield at regional scale is the basic research work to carry out grass-animal balance assessment,promote the establishment of ecological stability system and strengthen the scientific management of grassland animal husbandry in specific regions.In this paper,the grassland area of Hulunbuir grassland animal husbandry four flags in western Daxing' anling inner Mongolia is taken as the research area.based on the regional grassland yield inversion model,remote sensing and GIS technology are applied to estimate the grassland yield in this area from 2000 to 2018 by using long-time series remote sensing data,and the spatial and temporal distribution pattern is analyzed.at the same time,the correlation between the grassland yield and meteorological factors(temperature and precipitation)in this area in 19 years is discussed.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Inversion model of regional grass yield(2)From the perspective of annual spatial distribution,spatial pattern of grass yield,The distribution of grass yield in Hulunbeier steppe from 2000 to 2018 has obvious spatial heterogeneity,and the distribution rules are similar,gradually decreasing from east to west.from 19 years,the four banners of Hulun Buir grassland animal husbandry showed a spatial distribution pattern of grass yield from high to low: Ewenki Autonomous Banner,Old Barag Banner,New Barag Left Banner and New Barag Right Banner.Judging from the variation of grass yield NDVI,except New Barag Right Banner,the annual variation of grass yield NDVI in the other three animal husbandry flags is relatively small and stable,while the variation of grass yield NDVI in New Barag Right Banner is relatively large,showing a large ecological vulnerability.According to the correlation analysis between grass yield and meteorological factors such as temperature and precipitation,grassland grass yield in the four counties has no correlation with temperature on the annual scale,but has significant positive correlation with precipitation on the annual scale.(3)From the perspective of monthly spatial distribution,spatial pattern of grass yield,the four banners of Hulun Buir grassland animal husbandry have the highest grass yield in July and August of each year.The order of grass yield from high to low is:Ewenki Autonomous Banner,Old Barag Banner,New Barag Left Banner and New Barag Right Banner.According to the correlation analysis between grass yield and meteorological factors such as temperature and precipitation,the correlation between the grassland in the four banners of animal husbandry and the meteorological factors such as the average monthly temperature and monthly precipitation in the previous month is the largest,and the correlation with the meteorological factors in the current month is the second,showing obvious lag.
