Apple Gills Agrilus mali Matsumura(Coleoptera: Buprestidae)distributed in China,Japan,South Korea, and other countries.Wild apples in the fruit forest in the Ili Valley Xinjian China, and other Rosaceae apples, pears, peaches, cherries, and fruits, flowers, sea otters...Due to the inadequacy of the research on apple small Arilus mali, lack of effective prevention and treatment, research on prevention and control technologies require adequate sources of insects. Therefore, the main findings of this study on the feeding and nutrition of apple are as following:1)The average emergence rate of captive alfalfa is 59.0%,the average cycle is 11.9d,male to female ratio of about 1:1;adult life is about 30.0d,spawning period 14 d ~ 19.5d,average 21.4 eggs per female, the shorter the average storage time of adults in the 5 °C artificial climate chamber, the greater the average number of eggs laid, however, there are also problems in infecting the carcass during anatomy and affecting the rate of emergency.2)Indoor and outdoor breeding shows,25 ° C conditions or natural light,on apple branchlets with a diameter of 5mm to 7mm,in the apple small Arilus mali adults lay eggs on the apple branches of the branches with a diameter of 5mm ~ 7mm,on branches over 1.5cm in diameter,1% of the eggs are produced in the joints of the branches and buds.3)Putting the eggs into the micro-wounds of the apple branches, the apple small Arilus mali an hatch, hatching larvae can invade the cortex, however, the hatching rate of eggs after cryopreservation is very low,do not carefully operate when picking up eggs in a micro-wound,it is an important factor affecting the hatching of eggs in micro-wounds.4)Apple small Agrilus mali gentium host, crude protein content apple <sea bream, arginine in apple bark, isoleucine content is much smaller than jellyfish, proline, lysine and alanine content is slightly less than jellyfish. The difference in the content of these ingredients in the bark,it may be one of the reasons why apple small Agrilus mali likes to harm apple.5)According to the analysis of host nutrient composition, apple small Agrilus mali genomics larvae have certain needs for protein and lipids,Feed D feeding apple small Agrilus mali larvae can emerge into adult worms, therefore improving the protein content in feed D,and increased fat content,an improved feed formulation for the apple small Agrilus mali larvae was obtained.Summarize the results of the above research, when raising apples small Agrilus mali, large branches can be used directly to induce adults to lay eggs in the seams and buds, raising larvae and adults further,or transfer the leaves from the leaves to the large branches and micro-wounds for further rearing. After the larvae are dissected from the damaged branches, they can be fed with feed D or the improved feed proposed in this study, dults can use the leaves carrying leaves to induce spawning at 25 ° C or natural light.
