Alfalfa(Medicago sativa),with high nutritional value,is the largest leguminous forage in China and the world.Drought has always been an important factor restricting the growth of alfalfa.The anti-drought effect of Rhizobium and alfalfa has been widely confirmed.The application of calcium and potassium fertilizer plays an important role in the growth and development of plants.It is of great significance to pay attention to the use of calcium and potassium fertilizers to enhance the stable yield of soil and ensure the sustainable development of agriculture.However,the effects of calcium and potassium application on the drought resistance of alfalfa and rhizobium have not been studied.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different concentrations of calcium and potassium on the drought resistance of alfalfa symbiotic,and concluded that:The alfalfa was treated with nodules and no nodules,and then three different concentrations of calcium and potassium were applied to 90 days of age.The alfalfa was subjected to drought treatment for 0 h,3 h,and 8 h,and then sampled.A series of growth characteristic indicators and physiological indicators were determined and obtained through differential analysis:(1)Regardless of whether alfalfa is symbiotic with Rhizobium,an appropriate amount of calcium fertilizer can increase the drought resistance of alfalfa.The calcium ion concentration from strong to weak is C1(4.04 m M)>C2(2.02 m M)>C3(1.01 m M).(2)Regardless of whether alfalfa is symbiotic with Rhizobium,an appropriate amount of potassium fertilizer can increase the drought resistance of alfalfa.The potassium ion concentration from strong to weak is C1(4.53 m M)>C2(3.02 m M)>C3(1.51 m M).Comprehensive analysis shows that whether alfalfa is symbiotic with Rhizobium,appropriate increase in the concentration of calcium and potassium can improve the drought resistance of alfalfa.The results of the study can provide technical support for production and quality by increase the drought resistance of alfalfa in the production.
