With the formulation of national special projects such as soil measurement fertilization、cultivated land Fertility Evaluation survey and so on,every district in Chongqing have accumulated a large number of soil detection data in the jurisdiction,which produced data also with the accumulation of time to reach a considerable degree,because of the various district and county soil testing projects are undertaken by different third-party companies,There is no unified data standard,data naming,classification,value,correlation and so on have serious heterogeneity phenomenon,resulting in government departments do not have effective means to verify data and the use of data results.How to effectively calibrate soil detection data and make use of existing data results,and with the increase of data,how to use information means to manage data has become a problem to be solved.Based on the construction of the county agricultural resources Big Data platform and the soil detection data of several districts and counties in Chongqing,this paper uses the Internet and big data technology to realize the cleaning,application and visualization of soil detection data.The main research work and final results obtained in this paper include:(1)Analysis of the heterogeneity of all soil detection data so far includes naming,classification,value and correlation,establishing uniform data standards,and developing a cleaning procedure based on soil detection data,in which the correlation of nutrient data is analyzed,The linear regression model is used to detect the anomaly value.(2)In the evaluation of cultivated land fertility,based on the effective data of the first result processing,the innovative use of information entropy + random forest combination algorithm to complete the evaluation of cultivated land ground force level,the prediction accuracy rate is close to 90%,replacing the traditional analytic hierarchy process with strong subjectivity,and achieved good results.(3)In order to effectively manage and utilize the data by means of informationization,based on the preliminary work of this paper,through in-depth investigation of the needs,based on WebGIS technology,the design and implementation of the digital service system of soil resources in Hechuan area is completed,and the overall architecture and implementation process of the system are described in detail in this paper.After the completion of the system development in Hechuan District Agricultural Technology Center deployment and online,the current system operation is stable.
