The modern greenhouse is an important part of facility agriculture,which provides a new technical means for crop planting.It breaks through the limitations of natural crops planting in natural climates and regional factors,such as high temperature,heavy rain,low temperature,and frost,which is of great significance for many aspects,including the increase of agricultural production,the reduction of consumption,the reduction of labor force,etc.This thesis aims to solve China's current problems in solar greenhouse environmental monitoring equipment,such as low automation,poor compatibility,difficult maintenance,etc.With the support of the key R & D plan and the special project of key common technology in agriculture from Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology---“the Key Technology Research on Facilities Integration of Internet plus Greenhouse”(Project No.:18227209D-1),this thesis researches and develops a set of cost-effective and practical greenhouse monitoring system based on Internet of Agriculture(IOA),achieving remote monitoring and scientific decision-making of greenhouse environmental parameters.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Based on understanding the current research situation of the greenhouse monitoring system at home and abroad,it established the overall framework of the greenhouse monitoring system in combination with the agricultural technology on IOA,communication technology,automatic control technology,and platform application technology.(2)It completed the selection of hardware,such as sensors,transmitters,controllers,touch screens,and intelligent gateways in the system,as well as the design and manufacture of greenhouse field control cabinets.(3)According to the communication protocol,it adopted the YL-800 MT wireless networking module produced by Y-Link Co.,Ltd and the QDGate301-L gateway produced by Qiangda Technology Co.,Ltd,and completed the configuration as well as the implementation of the greenhouse wireless sensor network and greenhouse remote communication mode..(4)It prepared the data collection program.On the basis of analyzing the technical effects of the greenhouse control equipment and dividing the switch status,it completed the design of the equipment control strategy.Adopting the logic control strategy with set-value planning,it implemented the combination of accumulated temperature and logic control,which avoids the problem that the theoretical greenhouse environment control method is out of contact with the actual greenhouse environment control,and improves the matching degree between the hardware and software as well as the reliability of the system.(5)It implemented the designs of many functions,such as the client management of the greenhouse monitoring system,real-time display of sensor data,parameter setting,control device operation status display,hand automatic control,video monitoring,etc.After the actual on-site installation and testing,the system is operating normally,which can achieve the remote monitoring and adjustment to the greenhouse environment and fulfils the expected results.
