Natural pasture silage can better preserve the nutrients pastures,and it is an efficient pasture processing and storage method and one of the important trends in the development of modern animal husbandry in grassland pastoral areas.Therefore,in this experiment the grassland pasture of Yudaokou,Hebei Province was used as the silage material,and adopts three factors completely random design.Cutting length A(A1 whole plant,A2 5-8cm),moisture content B(B1 55%-60%,B2 60%-65%,B3 65%-70%),silage density C(C1 350-400 kg/m3,C2 400-450 kg/m3,C3 450-500 kg/m3,C4 500-550 kg/m3)were selected as three influencing factors.The sensory evaluation index,fermentation quality and nutritional quality of natural grassland silage with different treatments were compared and analyzed to determine the best silage technology suitable for natural grassland in Bashang,Hebei Province.The main results are as follows:(1)From the analysis of fermentation quality,the cutting length is 5?8 cm,and the moisture content is 65%?70%,the sensory evaluation level of silage fermentation is good in grade 2,and the silage effect is better;The cutting length has no significant effect on the aerobic stability(P>0.05),the moisture content is in the range of 60%?70%,and the silage density is 450?500kg/m3,the aerobic stabilization time exceeds 100h;The silage density had no significant effect on p H(P>0.05).When the cutting length was 5?8 cm and the moisture content is 65%?70%,the p H can reach a higher rating and the p H was lower than 4.2.When the silage density is 450?500kg/m3,the ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen ratio is lower;the cutting length has no significant effect on organic acid(P>0.05),When the moisture content is 65%?70% and the silage density is 400?500 kg/m3,the content of lactic acid and acetic acid is higher than other treatments(P<0.05),and the content of butyric acid is 0.According to the comprehensive indicators,the effect of cutting length on the fermentation index is not much different.The moisture content is between 65%?70%,and the silage density is in the range of 400?500kg/m3.The silage fermentation quality of natural pasture is better.(2)According to the analysis of nutritional quality,the neutral detergent fiber is lower when the silage density is 400?450kg/m3,and the palatability of natural grass silage is good;When the moisture content is 65%?70%,the content of crude fiber is lower;when the silage density is 450?500kg/m3,the total digestible nutrient is higher than 73%,and the quality of natural pasture silage is better than other treatments;When the silage grass is 5?8 cm,the silage density is 450?550 kg/m3,and the moisture content is 60%?70%,it can effectively improve the dry matter digestibility and neutral detergent fiber digestibility in vitro.According to the comprehensive indicators,the moisture content of natural forage silage is 60%?70%,and the silage density is 450?550kg/m3,the nutritional quality of natural forage silage is the best.(3)According to the comprehensive value evaluation analysis of the membership functions of natural grass silage indicators,the average evaluation value of A2B3C3,A1B3C3,A1B3C2 and A2B2C3 is higher.That is to say,the cutting length of natural forage grass has no effect on the silage effect,the moisture content is 60%?70%,and the silage density is in the range of 400?500kg/m3,the subordinate function of natural forage silage is the best.Considering comprehensively,the processing parameters of silage processing suitable for natural grassland forage on Hebei dam are: cutting length 5?8cm,moisture content 65%?70%,silage density 450?500kg/m3.
