The quality of feed is the key factor for the development of animal husbandry.With the rapid development of modern society and the rapid growth of world population,the demand for animal protein food is increasing,and the quality requirement of animal feed is also improving.As an animal intestinal nutrition distributor,antibiotics can effectively inhibit virus bacteria,ensure feed quality,raise feeding efficiency,and bring significant economic benefits to animal husbandry.According to the practical application and literature research,it is found that antibiotics have been widely used in the mass production of feed all over the world,but there is still a lack of fast titer detection technology that is convenient for enterprises to use online.Superior products such as antibiotics chlortetracycline-antibacterial spectrum the most extensive,low production cost,single use can be up to the ideal antibacterial effect and can save the cost,the price is relatively high compared to other antibiotics.But nowadays literature only a general introduction to the determination of chlortetracycline,convenient detection method and the titer of uncommon indicators related reports.So it is necessary to develop a rapid and efficient,suitable for mass production of new feed using aureomycin common antibiotic titer detection,it also has important scientific significance and application value in the evaluation of feed quality.In this paper,chlortetracycline as an example,based on the One Dose method(cup plate method)of AOAC(Association of Official Analytical Chemists),a study was carried out to improve the conventional Two Dose method.A new Two Dose Fast Comparison Algorithm of antibiotic potency in feed was optimized for simplifying the test operation of antibiotic titer in the feed industry.This method determines the concentration ratio of the standard sample with the same concentration and the sample to be tested(such as 1:1).And also under the premise of the same constant(such as 4:1),the high and low concentration ratio of the sample to be checked and the standard sample is the same as the same constant.It is only need to measure the standard sample and the sample of the high and low dose to be bacteriostatic ring the average diameter,which can rapidly through comparison and statistical average calculated sample relative to the price ratio of standard sample.To avoid One Dose method by standard samples with antibiotics antibacterial circle diameter logarithmic concentration linear regression of the experimental data obtained standard curve calculation and time-consuming process,it can significantly simplify the existing Two Dose method of antibiotic titer experimental operation,save amount of samples and related material consumption,with high efficiency and fast characteristics.Based on the rapid detection of chlortetracycline titer as an example,using One Dose of standard linear regression curve method and improved design of the Two Dose fast alignment algorithm for detection of antibiotic titer test control experiments to verify the feasibility of the new method;and a new algorithm for fast detection of other kinds of antibiotics to value,in order to understand the actual promotion the application of universal.The contrast experiments show that: the design of improved antibiotic titer two dose quick comparison of the new algorithm has better detection accuracy of bacteriostatic ring measuring system resolution error less than 0.001 mm and repeated measurement error is less than 0.3%;the titer measurement error is less than 0.3%;the repeated measurement error is less than 0.3% valence,can shorten the measurement time of nearly 8 hours and reduce the dish the appliance such as medium,reduces the consumption of nearly 1800 mL,buffer reagent usage greatly reduced nearly 500 mL reduce the cost of testing automation,can also realize the data measurement and calculation to further improve the detection efficiency,and provides a new technology for the enterprise to use as feed in fast and efficient detection of antibiotic titer;and can supplement China Veterinary Pharmacopoeia the relevant entry shows the formulation of standards and norms,improve the enterprises within the industry feed antibiotic additives detection technology and ensure production efficiency The high quality of the product and product is worthy of further development and application.
