This experiment compares and analyzes the dynamics of total nitrogen content and key enzymes of GS,GDH and NR in different parts of the canopy of 25 cultivated soybean varieties cultivated in Jilin Province, which are representative of different ages. The relationship between the distribution of nitrogen in the canopy, the middle and lower canopy of different seasons and the age of breeding, and the relationship between the total nitrogen content and the key enzyme activities of nitrogen metabolism, mainly aiming at the PHysiological mechanism of soybean with the goal of improving nitrogen use efficiency. The research provides direction, and theoretically enriches the basic content of soybean nitrogen metabolism mechanism,in order to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the cultivation and high-quality and efficient production of soybean varieties in Jilin Province.1.The nitrogen content in the upper, middle and lower leaves, stems and grains of soybean varieties was linearly positively correlated with the age of breeding. At each stage, the canopy between leaves and stems at R2 to R4.The change of nitrogen content was in the upper > middle > lower;while the grain showed the change of middle > upper > lower at R2 to R6 period, indicating that the nitrogen content of various organs in soybean plants was significantly improved by genetic improvement of soybean varieties.2.In addition to the positive correlation between the GS activity and the GDH activity of the upper, middle and lower leaves of the soybean canopy at R2 period, the GS activity and the breeding age of the leaves in the other periods were negatively correlated, indicating that the GS activity was affected by many factors, the impact on the era is small. The GDH activity in the upper canopy of the canopy showed a negative correlation between R4 and R6 wtith the age of breeding. In other periods, the GDH activity of each canopy was linearly positively correlated with the breeding age, indicating that soybean genetic improvement improved against soybean leaf GDH.Activity still has a certain effect. The nitrate reductase activity in the upper, middle and lower leaves of soybean canopy showed the change of upper > middle > lower at R2 to R6 stage, and the NR activity with the breeding age of each canopy leaf were significantly positive in each period.Correlation shows that the improvement of soybean genetic breeding is crucial to improve the NR activity of each canopy of leaves.3.The GS activity in the upper leaves of soybean canopy was positively correlated with the nitrogen content of leaves at R2 to R6 stage, indicating that the GS activity and nitrogen content of the upper leaves were the most closely related to the middle and lower leaves. The GDH activity in the middle and lower leaves of soybean canopy was positively correlated with the nitrogen content of leaves at R2 to R6 stage, indicating that the GDH activity and the nitrogen content of the mature leaves and old leaves were more correlated with the young leaves. The NR activity in the canopy leaves of soybean was significantly positively correlated with the nitrogen content of leaves at R2 to R6 stage, indicating that increasing the NR activity is beneficial to the increase of nitrogen content in the leaves.
