Modern fishery culture is no longer limited to traditional fish, but to the development of high-yielding economic fish.In order to improve the survival rate of fish fry, most of them adopt live biological bait. The feeding of biological bait after grading can precisely realize feeding big bait to big fish and small bait to small fish in different growing seasons, effectively avoiding bait waste, improving water quality and environment, improving survival rate and immunity of fish fry, reducing the application of biological drugs such as antibiotics, and improving food safety. In this paper,a rotary screening method was used to automatically classify the bait.Firstly, this paper studies the biological characteristics, quality characteristics, grading community characteristics, impact resistance characteristics and movement characteristics of living biological bait, and determines the grading principle through these characteristics. This paper designs the main container part, bracket part, transmission part and grading actuator part of the biological bait in vivo grading experimental device.Among them, the subject container volume of 3.6 L,choose 21K10RGN-C type infinitely adjustable-speed motor, rotating speed of sizing screen and can rotate to adjust automatically, select 20 mesh,30 mesh,60 mesh stainless steel net as the grading sieve,at the same time, for main components of the sizing device screen mesh stent and cantilever beams the simulation analysis, find the root of the beam and the lower middle portion of the screen mesh force is bigger, then, the experimental device for the installation and commissioning,to achieve the running effect is good.In this paper, daphnia daphnia(daphnia daphnia)bait was used to determine the activity activity and mortality rate of daphnia daphnia(daphnia daphnia)bait. The experimental results show that the classification accuracy of the experimental device is more than 95%,and the mortality rate decreases with the decrease of rotating speed. The optimal grading parameters of this experimental device are determined to be 45 rpm and 90 s.The results of this study lay a foundation for the study of biological bait in vivo classification.
