| With the decrease of the population engaged in agricultural production,the operation efficiency of harvester needs to be improved.To improve the harvesting efficiency,it is necessary not only to widen the cutting table,increase the diameter of the roller and the screen area,but also to improve the level of automation of the harvester,so that the harvester is always at or close to the maximum harvesting capacity.In recent years,foreign advanced harvesters have entered the Chinese market,and their advanced automatic control has left a deep impression on Chinese agricultural machinery users.China’s agricultural machinery products are also gradually upgrading,the harvester driver of the domestic harvester automation level also put forward higher requirements.In order to meet the market demand,to meet the requirements of efficient and automated harvest grain.This paper focuses on the research on the automatic control system of the harvester,mainly including the following research work:This paper studies the operation mechanism of the harvester,studies the factors affecting the efficiency of the harvester,and determines that the automatic control system needs to realize the function of automatically controlling the traveling speed of the harvester according to the rotation speed of the horizontal axis flow drum.According to the operation requirements of harvester,the design requirements of automatic control system are put forward,and the overall structure and control logic of the control system are established.The control system is divided into several modules according to functions,and the hardware and software of each module are designed in detail.Secondly,The mathematical model is established according to the design state of the control system,and the simulation program is designed according to the control theory of integral partitioning PID incomplete derivative PID and expert PID to simulate the system.According to the simulation results,the optimal control method is determined and the control program is improved.Finally,according to the design scheme of the control system,the original harvester is modified to make the harvester with automatic control function.The modified prototype is used for runway test and field harvest test,to verify whether all components meet the requirements for use,and to verify whether the control system can achieve automatic control of the harvest speed,so that the harvester can always play or close to the maximum harvest capacity. |
