Linyi is an important agricultural city in Shandong Province,in which the protected vegetable planting area ranks second and the rice planting area is large.At present,the resistance of Thrips palmi in cucumber is serious,and the occurrence of Diaphania indica in cucumbers is increasing year by year.The Spodoptera litura on ginger has developed resistance,and the occurrence of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis in local fields is serious.The spinetoram had been widely used in control of various agricultural pests because of its high efficiency and low toxicity.In our study,we compared the field control effects of spinetoram on the four target pests,and the indoor toxicity of the mixture of ethyl polychloride and methoxyfenozide to S.litura larvae.Our result provided data support for the popularization and application of ethyl polychloride and ethoxyfenozide in the field.The main results are as follows:1.The results showed that the relative control effect and mortality of spinetoram on T.palmi were higher than those of other three pests,so it was recommended as a control agent for T.palmi.It is recommended to use 1000 fold solution of ethidin and 750 fold solution to control thrips palmaris in case of serious damage.It is recommended to alternate with 5.7%emamectin benzoate ME 1000 times to delay the rise of thrips resistance.2.The decrease rate and relative control effect of spinetoram treatment on the pest decreased significantly with the increase of processing time.The relative control effect of spinetoram and methoxyphen increased with the increase of time after treatment,and reached the highest in different days after treatment.It is recommended 1000 times of ethoxylon to control D.indica.3.The decrease rate and relative control effect of spinetoram and spinetoram methoxyphen on S.litura increased significantly with the prolongation of time after treatment.It was found that the synergistic effect of ethyl polychloride and methoxyfenozide on S.litura was significant,and the CO toxicity coefficient was 563.58.It is recommended that 1000 times of spinetoram or 1000 times of spinetoram methoxyphen to used for control S.litura.4.The decrease rate of C.medinalis treated by spinetoram decreased significantly with the prolongation of the time after treatment.The spinetoram and methoxyphen had the highest relative control effect after treated in different days.It is recommended that 1000 times of spinetoram and methoxyphen should be used to control C.medinalis...
