Jujubes are heterozygous,self-pollinated and strong,and progeny have complex separations,resulting in a variety of separated populations.Selected single plants are preserved,expanded and promoted by asexual propagation.It is convenient to select seeds and materials in real life,simple operation and obvious effect,and plays an important role in the cultivation of new varieties of jujube.In this study,the actual offspring of four excellent varieties were taken as the research object.The fruit quality traits,botanical traits and biological traits of the offspring population were investigated for systematic measurement and evaluation.At the same time,the SCOT marker method was used to analyze the genetic variation degree and kinship distance of the offspring.The phenotypic traits and molecular analysis results revealed the difference between the mutant strain and the original variety,and the following conclusions were obtained:1.Statistic the variation of 25 quantitative traits such as leaf length,leaf area,single fruit weight,fruit shape index,core weight,protein content of 4 real populations,the variation range is 9.05% ~ 59.39%;genetic diversity The sex index is between 4.1263-5.7223,the quantitative traits of different groups are obviously different,and the genetic diversity is in order from large to small: Poo jujube,Changjixin jujube,Jinsixiaozao,Guanyin jujube,leaf phenotypic traits are closely related to fruit quality,Can be pre-selected early by observing the blade.2.Principal component analysis was used to analyze each quantitative trait,and eight principal component factors were obtained.Among the factors,25 character traits such as leaf width,leaf length,leaf circumference,single fruit weight,sugar content,and total phenol content can better reflect each The difference between the traits,the cumulative contribution rate reached 80.612%.Twelve excellent individual plants suitable for fresh food and 23 excellent individual plants suitable for drying were selected.3.The SCOT markers were applied to 234 individual offspring single plants,and the four SCOT primers screened out had a polymorphic site ratio of 94.34%.Its genetic variation mainly comes from within the population and has a high genetic diversity.Through clustering within the population,it was found that the genetic distance between the individual plants of Pomo jujube was the largest,indicating that the genetic variation between them was relatively rich,which was consistent with the analysis results of phenotypic traits.
