Though it has the largest vegetable yield in the world,China has enormous pressure to reduce its production costs and optimize its planting structure.Advances in technologies such as the Internet of Things and big data have made it possible to make management decisions and guide production through big data analysis of vegetables.It is difficult to get a clear picture of the true situation of vegetable production in a certain area via the existing vegetable production statistics.Due to scattered farmers,their large populaton,different scales and varying levels of education,it is almost unrealistic to rely on farmers to report their production data or managers to collect them.Therefore,the research and development of real-time data collection and reporting of vegetable production data through intelligent transport vehicles of greenhouse vegetables and replacement of artificial vegetable transportation can greatly reduce labor intensity and production costs.The big data analysis of vegetables helps the management department with their macro-control and farmers with their vegetable production.As a key R&D subject of the vegetable industry technology system in Hebei Province,this paper mainly studies the construction and analysis of the greenhouse vegetable big data platform,which has important practical value.The paper has the main contents as follows:1.Building a greenhouse vegetable big data platform.The related technologies of big data platform construction are analyzed,and the Hadoop+HBase+Hive construction program is given for the big data platform of greenhouse vegetables,including the processing plan,idea design,structure design and environment implementation of the platform.2.Research on big data processing technology of greenhouse vegetables.First,a vegetable data collection system is designed and created based on intelligent transport vehicles of greenhouse vegetables to achieve big data collection of greenhouse vegetables using Socket.Then,based on the big data platform,HadoopMapReduce is used to rationalize the vegetable big data,andHadoopHBase is used to store them.The processing efficiency of greenhouse vegetable big data is improved,and the complexity of data and the difficulty of later data processing are reduced.Finally,a smooth index prediction model is established for greenhouse vegetables.the parameters of the model are calculated,and the annual yield of greenhouse vegetables is predicted and analyzed.The effectiveness of the prediction model method is verified with the historical production data of Chinese cabbage in Wuyi,Hengshui in the past 5 years.3.Visual analysis of big data of greenhouse vegetables.According to the attributes of big data of greenhouse vegetables,the visual analysis form is designed for big data of greenhouse vegetables.The planting area,planting structure,vegetable sales and output value of greenhouse vegetables are analyzed according to the place of origin,and the distribution center,floor area and annual yield of greenhouse vegetables are analyzed according to variety.The practicality of visualization technology is verified and decision-making basis is provided for planting,production,and planting structure regulation and control of greenhouse vegetables in Hengshui with the big data of greenhouse vegetables in counties and districts of Hengshui in 2019.The real-time system of big data in vegetable production,vegetable big data platform and visualization technology in the paper based on intelligent transport vehicles have important practical value and can be widely used in greenhouse vegetable production and management.
